I just moved to the area from Colorado and I have a senior dog that has been my companion and has gone everywhere with me for the last 10 years. She is an indoor dog used to be pampered. This is the first time I was unable to take her on a road trip with me. You can imagine my stress, apprehension and uncertainty to leave her with someone I had just met. During my meet and greet session with Drew I had a new sense of reassurance. She listened to me validated me and followed all my instructions. She communicated with me several times a day including photos & videos. Drew was flexible with me during my uncertain schedule. My dog was taken care of very well. Drew was able to adjust to any issues that came up quickly and appropriately. She was also competent & confident administering medication’s as needed for my dog.
