About: Call me Kat or Anna! I've been living with animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. From the age of 13, I have been taking care of my neighbours' and family friends' pets when they ask. I've got experience with rodents, lizards, cats, and dogs, but I'm not afraid to learn new animals! I've got particular experience with special needs pets, including post-surgery care, asthma, seniors, separation anxiety, leaky bladders, and daily oral/injection medication. I'm not squeamish around messes, smells, or loud noise. I've cared for nearly every personality out there, and whether your pet wants space, cuddles, or needs a bath, I'll help out for as long as you and your pets need, no matter how many or how weird they are! I'm currently a college student and take classes on monday/wednesday from 12pm-3pm and tuesday/thursday from 6pm-9pm. During those hours, I will not be available. I am happy to care for your pets anytime other than that, however, even on holidays! Personally, I use free-feeding (there's always kibble in the bowl) and positive reinforcement with my pets. They're only allowed outside under supervision, I clean the litter boxes every other day, I play with them daily, and special treats are highly encouraged. Of course, other houses have different care plans, and I am flexible. I will never enter any areas of your home you have not given me permission to access unless it is an emergency, I will clean your house before leaving if it is an overnight stay, and I will always alert you via a text message when I enter or leave your home so that you know your pet is being looked after. If you have other requests regarding your pet and home, such as getting mail, watering plants, etc, I am more than happy to oblige.

“We would highly recommend Jay! - Always arrived on time - gave medication on the right time - played with and walk the doggie - great communication and very considerate. After a previous the dog sitter cancel the day-of, Jay’s willingness to help and great communication were what we need to calm our minds and hearts - we were already on a cruise and our little girl was by herself. Our doggie is super picky about people (she ignores those she doesn’t care about and plays with those she likes), she is older dog with lots of special needs (medication and stuff). After Jay told me she was playing with her toys, that was such a relief for us, because right then we knew Jay was a good fit for our little Ginger. Details: we hired Jay for 5 days to dog sit for most of the day, as our doggie needs to go out a lot due to her medication and health issues. No accidents seemed had happened and Jay kept the house clean and organized.”

About: I’ve been working with animals for 15 years, caring for dogs, cats, birds and can help with farm animals as well. I have handled breeds that are small to very large. I am very flexible with my schedule. I love to ensure they are getting their exercise as needed, as well as a well rounded diet. I am a stay at home mom so I am very happy to be with them however they require. We use leashes and harnesses for outside. We have a dog park close by that’s fenced in and safe for giving them running time and ability to play freely

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and family pets since I was 10 years old, giving me over 30 years of hands-on experience. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes — from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra patience and care. I can handle daily walks, feedings, playtime, and bathing, and I treat every pet like a beloved member of the family. work full-time but usually finish by 3pm, which gives me plenty of time for afternoon and evening pet care. I’m fully available all day on Thursdays and Sundays, and can also provide weekend boarding. I have a safe home environment and a sweet toy poodle who enjoys walks and companionship. Pets in my care get regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I can also crate your dog if needed and always treat them like part of the family.
