About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs and other animals. While I was stationed at Fort Polk, many of my fellow Soldiers would go on leave, travel home for the holidays, or be away for training. Since I stayed in Louisiana and did not travel because I purchased my home here, I was often happy to help by caring for their pets. I would feed them, take them on walks, play with them, exercise them, make sure they had fresh water, and give them plenty of attention until their owners returned. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and energy levels, and I understand that every pet has its own personality and routine. I am CPR certified, physically fit, dependable, and treat every animal like family. I have a spacious home where pets have room to relax and feel comfortable, and I will always make sure they receive the care, exercise, and affection they deserve. My goal is to provide a safe, loving environment so you can have peace of mind while you are away. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care throughout the week. As a 1099 contractor, my hours vary, which gives me the ability to work around your pet’s needs. Whether your pet needs a morning walk, midday check-in, evening care, or overnight attention, I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. About: I’ve taken care of so many dogs since I was younger, so many have relied on me, and trusted me with their dogs and having to deal with walks, feedings, medications (mostly oral meds). I have such a huge passion for dog care and love spending time with so many fur babies at my previous job at a doggy daycare. I have about 3 years and 8 months of hands on experience in the dog field. Reading body language, training and much more.I treat everyone’s furry babies as if they were my own. I have recently relocated into a new state and so everything is new for me here! But I’m happy to meet all these new furry friends and show all the care I have for each. I have two fur babies of my own one being a 4 year old lab retriever mix he is very socialized and can keep your fur baby or babies company if they are well enough with other dogs. Can always bring him on walks with us or to come and visit and play or stay with. I also provide adventures. But with my services I can provide in home care, overnight care and or drop ins. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
