About: I have been pet sitting for the last 4 years as well as being a nanny for 4 children aged newborn to 5 years old. During my time pet sitting I have worked with single dogs as well as up to 4 dogs in a single household. I love playing with and entertaining the higher-energy extroverted pets and enjoy quiet cuddle-time with the more laid-back, philosophical ones. Your pets safety and overall well-being is an utmost priority and I will care for it as carefully as I do my own pet. In addition to pet sitting, I have learned a lot about interacting with all sorts of personalities in mobile pet grooming business. I have a flexible schedule that allows week-day overnights and multiple daytime check-ins with your pet. For overnight sittings, my flexible schedule allows me to check it in on your pets throughout the day, and no pet will be left unattended for more than 3 or 4 hours. I will communicate proactively and adhere to all the house rules and keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce your pet's anxiety at your absence. In addition to maintaining their regular routines, I can also brush, bathe, and blow-dry your pet while you are away! I am a considerate house-guest and will wash any dishes or towels/washcloths that I might use as well.

About: I have cared for pets since I can remember! I grew up with two sisters who also loved animals and over the course of my life I have loved many small dogs, cats, turtles, fish, a bird, and a rabbit. I also gained a good amount of experience and knowledge on how to take care of pets through my time working at Pet Supplies Plus, where I would often advise customers on what would be most helpful to get their pets feeling good again. In my time here, I also cared for and helped heal many creatures, including cats, fish, cockatiels, ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I love bonding with pets and I find it really fulfilling getting to care for them as I get to know them. I have cared for others pets several times throughout my life- largely neighbors and family. Most recently, I got to pet sit while traveling and house sat for two lovely homes in Scotland. I care a lot about making sure that spaces are maintained and I am happy to do any household chores that may arise. I am currently in summer break from my university and I have a rather flexible schedule! My hours available may change depending on the week, but I will have plenty of time to play with your pet! Once my school semester begins, I can be free after 1 on Wednesday, before 5 on Thursday, and any time Friday-Sunday and Tuesday. I know the best trails to take your pup around in the WNC area and if they have a preferred place to walk, I always love exploring more! I believe in fitting myself into the natural routine of your furry friend wherever I can. If there's a specific time they like to play, eat, or get walked, I'm more than happy to accommodate! With pets that I'm just meeting, I like to meet them where they want to be met, and if that includes playing fetch all day, I'm happy to do so.

About: I've worked in two different animal shelters as an animal caretaker. I learned so much from both jobs to help me in my pet sitting journey. I'll love on your babies and walk, feed and play with them. And I don't mind to clean up their messes! I work at a part time job in the mornings, so I'm available late morning to evenings most days, and on Sundays, I'll be available after church. I'm very dependable and trustworthy. You can trust me to take care of your babies and to respect the wishes you have set forth for them. I'll be very respectful of your home while I am in it.

About: I grew up with cats and have been taking care of people's dogs for many years. I was often the go to person for dog sitting in my co-housing community where I lived until recently in Santa Fe, NM. I moved back east at the end of 2022. I will be back in Santa Fe from September 20-October 7. *Please note that I charge $30 for meet and greets. I can add this on to your total booking fee or you can pay some other way. This ensures that people have a serious intention of booking when they ask me to come out and meet them and their animals and it also ensures that I am compensated for the time I spend doing this. Thank you for your understanding!* In the spring of 2022, I completed my graduate school classes in art therapy and clinical counseling at Southwestern College in NM and am working towards growing my business as an artist. I have the flexibility to pet sit often during this transition. I do not have an "online job". I take my artwork with me when I housesit and work on things that I can do at other people's homes (like sewing). Because of this, I am able to spend most of the time pet sitting at home with the animal. I enjoy connecting with both cats and dogs in their homes. I like taking dogs out on long hikes and I am a cat whisperer.

About: I have took care of dogs and cats since i was 9 years old. I have always had animals in my house and I love to take care of them. I have looked after my friend’s and family’s cats and dogs both. I am free most of the time! I want to find a way to help others by also doing something I love which is taking care of dogs. I watch after my dogs daily and would love to share the love I have for my dogs to yours. I do not have a fenced in yard, however i do own leashes that I would take dogs out on in order to insure nothing happens to your fur babies!

I also have a degree in wildlife rehabilitation which is helpful in pet care because I have experience with messy situations, baby animals and unexpected circumstances! About: I’ve had dogs in my family home since the time I was born. Growing up, my neighbors would give me $5 a day to watch their dogs while they were at work or out of town. When I was a vet tech, I had a lot of clients that I would pet sit for when they would travel, sometimes for months at a time. I have two dogs of my own and one cat. I was a veterinary technician for 4 years, so I have a lot of experience in the medical field with animals as well. I also provide mobile nail trimming/bathing, etc. if you’re interested! I work a full time job. However, I am able to stay over night if you’re needing to go out of town for any reason. I’m super flexible with my schedule and have the ability to help with your needs. I have two good dogs that can keep your fur baby entertained. I also have a three old that’s good with animals. Please let me know if there’s anything special that needs to be done for your pet while they stay with me and my family if you choose to board with me. However, I am completely open and happy to stay at your house with your babies.

About: I have taken care of several breeds of dogs and feel very comfortable around dogs 100lbs and under. I myself have a 12lb toy Aussie and a 60lb pitbull/lab so I am use to taking care of a variety of breeds, weights, and different needs. I am open to any recommendations you have concerning your pet as you are the one who knows them best! I have a flexible work schedule and love to help out other pet owners as much as I can! About: I've never not had pets in my life. I've had one dog - a jack russel terrier who lived to be an old man of 16. I used to volunteer at PAWS Animal Shelter as a dog walker, so I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. I love getting to know a new dog and seeing their distinct personalities shine through. I'm currently working Tues-Sat 3-10pm, so I am available for morning or late night check-ins and Sunday/Monday day long care. I can be pretty flexible, so feel free to reach out and see if we can work something out that works for you. I cannot currently take pets into my home, but I am comfortable following whatever routine your pet is used to. The more details you can leave me, the better.
