About: Hi, I’m Destiny Bowers, a passionate animal care professional with over 17 years of experience. I specialize in animal training, grooming, and individualized care for pets of all sizes and temperaments—including those who are aggressive or reactive. From senior to young kittens/puppies, dogs, cats, birds, and even snakes, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of animals, always prioritizing their mental and physical wellbeing. My journey into animal behavior began in college, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I wasn’t able to complete my degree. However, I plan to return and finish my studies. In the meantime, I’ve continued to expand my expertise through hands-on work in multiple boarding facilities and with the SPCA. I’m also certified in pet first aid and CPR, attending annual recertifications to ensure I’m always prepared to keep your pets safe. About: I have been taking care of dogs my entire life in a multi dog household as well as for friends, family and clients. I’m experienced with all sizes and breeds. Unfortunately we for our safety we can not accept under socialized or aggressive pups. I currently work from home on our family farm in upstate New York, fortunately this leaves me with unlimited home time to help care for pets. I have a spare bedroom and additional living space that can easily accommodate dogs or cats in a comfortable, home environment situation. I have friendly dogs that would love to play with yours or I can keep them easily separated as well as accommodate crates for your pup/s. Dogs are also welcome into our living spaces with or without our own dogs on a case by case basis. I will provide frequent leash walked around our 20 acre small farm and we have a large fenced in area under construction now. Ask about board and train! I currently pet sit in my country home full time while tending my small farm so you can expect almost constant care for your friend! I have multiple large yards, pastures and woods to take your pup/s on adventures! A large dog run is in the works but we are frequent walkers so you can rest assured your pet is having a fun, stimulating time!

Food, playtime, walking, petting, company, is what I will provide :) It is part of my daily life - loving and chatting with any animal and asking them about their days and such - the normal pet owner things We make a safe environment- play special music for the cats and dog tv for dogs who may be anxious - we make sure every animal feels at home I currently work full time. I working for Syracuse City School District at an elementary school, it is close to my home and it isn’t hard for me to stop in at my place during the day. I like for owners to provide a small blanket and stuffed animal or toy they love to make them feel safe, and I try to have a calm environment where any critter feels at home.
