1. Tammy D.
“Really happy to find Tammy. Our dog, Hank, loved his stay with her and her dogs. She has a big fenced in backyard and a comfortable house with a lot of toys for the dogs. We will use her again. She is a 30 minute drive from CHQ and well worth it given the care that she provides.”
2. Katie S.
“Would definitely recommend katie to anyone in need of a dog sitter! She’s super nice and took care of my dog very well. Updated me with pictures and let me know how he was doing all of the time. When I picked my dog up from her he seemed very happy. Will definitely be using her again!”
3. Debbie P.
“Debbie was awesome. She allowed our dog time to get comfortable with her without pushing (he takes awhile to get used to people) and she treated him like her own. She kept us updated with pictures to let us know how he was doing. It really put our minds at ease!”
4. Rachel T.
“Our little guy, Chase, stayed with Rachel for a week. Chase was so well taken care of & when we went to get him, I think he thought he’d been adopted by Rachel! He loved it at her house! We will definitely be using Rachel again to dog sit Chase. She is a dog lover & we have every confidence in using her to care for Chase again. Thank you Rachel.”
5. Alina B.
“Alina was SO great with our Henry. Her kids were inquisitive, adorable and kept Henry entertained all weekend long. Alina sent photos, videos and updates on how he was doing which kept my mind at ease. Would 100% recommend Alina. I can tell Henry loved being with them. They have a large backyard which is fenced in- which was ideal. We are so glad we found her and her family.”
6. Logan S.
“Logan was our first Rover sitter and we couldn’t be more pleased. Logan took the time to really get to know our Bassett, Ollie, asking many questions to ensure Ollie was comfortable right away. Once Ollie settled in, Logan sent photos, video, and communicated very well. We happily encourage anyone to reach out to Logan should you need someone to hang out with your pup.”
7. Jennifer H.
“This was an excellent experience. We were staying nearby with our 1 year old pup and needed someone to watch him for the evening. Jennifer and the whole family really looked after our pup Greyson. He got exercise, playtime, and love. After the meet and greet we had no worries. Jennifer has a one acre fenced yard for dogs to play. We would 100% book again with Jennifer if we're back in the area.”
8. Melissa T.
“Melissa is a true saint! My family was on a 2.5 week road trip with our 11 month old Akita puppy, Frida, when we decided to make a stop a the Great Blue Heron festival in Sherman, NY. Being on the road and leaving our puppy with a stranger seemed intimidating, especially considering her shy nature, but Melissa was great! Frida was very reserved with Melissa at first, but eventually warmed up. Melissa sent pictures and videos that showed she was having a great time. She went above and beyond to make sure Frida had access to activities that she enjoyed and even set up play dates with other young dogs. I am so so grateful we found Melissa and we were able to leave our pup with someone who put so much love and care into her time with Frida.”
9. Charlene C.
“When I tell you I couldn't be happier with leaving my dog with Charlene, I absolutely mean it. She sent pictures everyday and was constantly playing with him. I was so at ease on vacation and he came home so happy and taken care of. 100% recommend Charlene and will use her again!”
10. Nina D.
“Nina was wonderful with my Miniature Schnauzer Lily who is blind. Made the stress of leaving her so much easier. Nina sent me pics daily. Her children were great with her. Will definitely have Lily stay with her when I go on vacation again.”
11. Katy H.
“Katy did a great job in taking care of our dog. Her house set-up with fenced backyard is ideal.”
12. Amanda M.
“THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME LEAVING MY PET AND USING ROVER. AMANDA MADE THIS THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR!!...SHE CARED FOR MY DOG AS IF IT WERE HER OWN, SHOWED HER WITH LOVE AND AFFECTION SENT ME PICTURES AND A BREAKDOWN OF THIER ROUTINE MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY. IF YOUR LIKE ME AND ARE APPREHENSIVE ABOUT LEAVING YOUR PET WITH A STRANGER AND HAVE ANXIETY ABOUT HOW THEY WILL BE TREATED AMANDA IS THE PERSON FOR YOU!!!”
13. Heidi S.
“Highly reccomend Heidi and will be booking with her again! Heidi was flexible about timing and was able to accomodate our changes with drop off and pick ups. Our dog, Willy, was very comfortable and seemed happy around Heidi and we were confident that he would be well taken care of during his stay. Even though it was a short stay, we received frequent messages with pictures and updates about his daily adventures.”
14. Gina K.
“Gina is the most amazing dog sitter ever! She is a god send! Without a doubt, she cares so much about your dog. She went truly above and beyond when I needed a sitter the most. She is flexible and very knowledgeable about training and behavior! You will absolutely not be disappointed. A professional through and through. I will 100% be booking again. In fact, she will be my go to. She's the best!”
15. Ollie C.
“Ollie, pet sat my cat and my chihuahua after I found them through a friend of mine. Ollie was extremely professional and my pets seemed really happy. My dog didn’t even realize I came home until it was time for Ollie to leave.”
16. Rory D.
“I can't say enough about Rory D. Her home was clean, neat, and very organized. She had a separate "bedroom" where Gigi would spend the night and relax when other pets were in the house. During her stay Rory gave Gigi the opportunity to meet and forge a friendship with another cat. I was so pleased! Rory followed all care requests. Rory sent pictures and videos of Gigi throughout her stay. Gigi appeared very content and happy. Gigi was well cared for and healthy when I picked her up at the end of her stay. Without any reservation I recommend Rory for pet sitting. She did an excellent job. I will definitely rebook with Rory D. the next time I need pet sitting services.”
17. Nancy D.
“Truly a spectacular place to leave my precious boy! Consider yourself lucky if she has openings available - I got multiple picture updates and I was confident that my pup was getting lots of love, cookies, and playtime. We will absolutely be back!”
18. Lindsey H.
“Rizzo had a better vacation than we did staying with Lindsey! She had so much fun playing at the farm running around with Genny and getting lots of exercise! Lindsey provided daily updates with photo’s throughout the week showing how much fun they were having. Rizzo can’t wait for her next vacation with Lindsey and her family!”
19. Kara P.
“Kara was awesome, took care of my dog at a difficult time (4th of July, my dog is afraid of fireworks). My dog came home with no signs of the normal level of distress she usually has after being away for few days. Nice quiet area. Totally plan on scheduling with Kara again!!”
20. Darlene B.
About: I have had dogs for pets as long as I remember, so I have years of experience taking care of my own dogs. I have a 2 yr old mixed breed that has a high energy level and wants to play a lot , so your dog would be a good fit if your dog likes to run and romp and wrestle with another dog at least some of the time.I have watched friends and family members dogs as well as a few others when they are working or go on vacation. Your dog would be super safe in our completely fenced in back yard and be taken care of like my own. Having a meet and greet meeting a few days prior to booking is required. So let me know if you want to meet us. I am a retired teacher but still very healthy and active. I am mostly looking for occasional jobs, not every day care. I would be willing to keep your dog over night in my home or for play dates during the day. I am flexible so whatever it is you are looking for we could discuss. *** If interested please contact me about a meet and greet days prior. Thanks As stated above I have a completely fenced in back yard. I would not take your dog any place. Your dog would have a fun time playing with our dog .
