About: I’ve watched after my parents dogs for years since I was in high school. A few of my neighbors have asked me to watch their dogs as well. I’m currently taking a gap year and I have lots of time on my hands and I would love to use it doing something I love which is taking care of animals! I have been taking care of my fur baby Max ever since. I am currently a college student and scribe. I will typically be free after 11 am on most day during the week. I will be free on most weekends after 9 am. Before booking, I like to get a good understanding of your dog's behavior. Please let me know if your pet has any aggression (toward food, toys, etc.), unique quirks, or separation anxiety that makes it difficult for them to be left alone. It's also important to understand how your dog reacts to other dogs, in case of any unexpected encounters during walks. I’d love to meet your dog while you're present to gather as many details as possible about their daily routine. This helps me ensure minimal disruption while you're away. I will treat your pet like my own and I prefer written instructions to maintain their regular schedule. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pet is in good hands. If your pet has any special needs or behaviors, please let me know. For example, if they have an anxiety jacket for thunderstorms, please share where I can find it, along with any other items I might need to care for them properly.
About: I've taken care of pets my entire life, whether it was my pet, a friend's pet or a coworker's pet, I am always excited to love on our furry friends! I want part-time work as an animal caregiver. I will retire June 30, 2025, and will be able to pet sit any day of the week. Ambria is the first pet sitter that I’ve used that really cares about my cats and their well being. Others feed the cats and clean the liter box but Ambria spends time playing with them. She doesn’t just feed and run! She also goes out of her way to figure out what play activity each cat enjoys. Yes, I have 3 cats and each are different. She spends quality time with each cat! My cats are on special diets and Ambria is very mindful of their food and monitors their intake.
