About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I will treat your dog or cat as part of my family. They will be trained through playing which is fun because then you will learn how they are and their behaviors. I am currently not working so this will give me an opportunity to take care of your pet the right way and get better aquainted of how they are. I will be able to take your pet for walks without interfernce of any kind. If any emergency happens I will let you know and quickly take them to the vet or a vet provided by you. For me to take care of your pet correctly I would like to know what protocols I have to follow so that I can make your pet comfortable and happy and that you know your pet is safe and sound with me, whether it be in my home or your home which ever one makes you comfortable.

About: I absolutely love all animals. I worked as a veterinarian assistant for many years at the Vestal Veterinary hospital. I still work there as the lead pharmacist. I have had some behavioral training with my own dogs. I will be able to tend to any kind of special needs your fur/feather babies might have. Im experienced in everything from naughty puppies to medicating our needy seniors, even our spicy kitties lol. I have two rescue dogs Pearl and Chief along with Flocki our Cockatoo, they are my best friends. I know there are many animals that can't be boarded for a wide variety of reasons. Im here to help. You can enjoy your time away and know your beloved pets are comfortable and cared for. Even if you just need someone to help medicate or walk your dog I'd love to help. Unfortunately one of my rescue dogs does not do well with outside dogs. I work 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. I can come to your house before and after work, possibly on lunch. I can stay at your house while you are away. My children are grown and can take care of my home while I care for yours. I would be happy to follow any dietary needs your pet may have. If your pet needs medications I can ensure you your pet will get their medication no matter how difficult the task. I will be compassionate and understanding that your pet is scared and misses you and doesn’t know who I am. I will show your pet all the extra love they need while your away.

About: I have always been, and will always be an animal person. I have 2 dogs of my own currently: Lincoln (11 year old chihuahua), Ripley (3 year old Pit Mix); I also have a bunny named Bonsai (9 years old)! I have spent many years dedicated to the happiness and well-being of dogs of all ages ranging from 5 pounds to 150 pounds. I’ve socialized dogs for many years and can pick up on their cues of how they’re feeling, whether it be happy, anxious, or fearful. I’m well versed in medication administration as well, whether it be orally or topically given. I’ve prepped food that ranged from standard kibble to entirely raw. I’m also no stranger to cleaning up if a dog has an accident. I know how it is to worry when you’re away from your furry companions and that is why I uphold myself to high standards to make sure all animals are safe and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently working full-time and am diligent about making sure my schedule is up to date as I like to stay organized and plan ahead. I work from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasional weekend days/holidays. I have a fenced in yard. I have crates available in house if your dog is crate trained, whether it be for eating, sleeping, or general comfort/decompression. I have extra leads to make sure each dog is being walked safely. If your dog is on a retractable leash, I will make the call to use either a standard leash or British lead. It ensures the safety of both your companion and my own when on walks.

My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm. A half hour lunch long lunch where I can leave to care for your furries in the middle of the day depending on the distance. Dogs will be crated when I’m not home. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. About: Hi I’m Lauren! I’m in Tunkhannock, PA. I am veterinary technician that loves animal of all kinds, large and small. I aim to provide the best care to all animals whenever possible. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your loved pets! As a full time vet tech, I am currently available before 7am and after 3pm on most weekdays, with a flexible availability schedule on weekends. For walking safety, I aim to have owners provide a harness, collar tag with ID, and two leashes for their dog to prevent slipping out of the collar. Proof of a rabies vaccine certificate may be requested for public and pet safety.
