“Maria has been walking our dog for over a month now, and she has been so amazing. She’s flexible with our ever changing work schedule, she always seems to go beyond the paid services, and always gives helpful tips with our dog’s behavior. As long as she’s willing, she’ll continue to be our weekly dog walker and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for her offered services!”

About: Hey Everyone! My name’s Syndney. Welcome to my Rover profile! :) I took a bit of a hiatus from pet sitting to focus on school. However, I’m back and ready to look after your fur babies. Some Important things to know before booking with me: I work a part time job so my availability will vary. Please reached out to me regardless of this fact because will always try my best to make something work. Secondly, A meet and greet is required before I will accept a booking. It is important to me that your pet feels comfortable and safe with me and vice versa. If your pet still isn’t feeling comfortable with me after the first meet and greet, I am willing to meet with your pet 2 more times before suggesting you find another sitter. These meet and greets are free and a precaution I like to take to ensure that your pets receive the best and safest care. (If your pet shows any signs of aggression such as prolonged barking, growling, or hissing I won’t accept the booking. As it isn’t in the best interest of myself and your pet). As of now I don’t provide house sitting or boarding services. However, I am open to doing long drop in visits. Please contact me at least a month in advance so we can create a schedule and I can get familiar with your pet(s). I’m willing to provide additional services such as fish care, snake care, lizard care, or rodent care. Lastly, I do not charge additional fees for medication administration. I know this may seem like a lot. However, after my time in this industry I find that these things make for the best service.

About: I live on a dairy farm and have 5 dogs so I have had plenty of experience being around animals. I have been a sitter for family and friend’s animals including dog walking/overnight stays/bathing. I have cared for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, fish, and even chickens! I have many years of experience taking care of elderly dogs and cats making sure they’re comfortable. As well as puppies and sick dogs that need extra care and attention. I am currently going to school at Modesto Junior College pursuing a career in animal science to become a veterinary radiologist! So I have plenty of down time during the day and after classes and there is nothing better to me than to spend my extra time caring for your amazing pets! I have 3 dogs of my own and I feed, bathe, feed, walk, and give plenty of love to them! I am a very organized and tidy person which I can translate into your own home especially for pets who are not potty trained, I do not mind cleaning up after them! We all make mistakes! Because I have my own dogs, I do not feel comfortable having your lovely pets at my own home because of safety reasons but I can assure that I can care for your pets just as great in your home and make sure it is very tidy and clean when you come back!!

About: My family owned a lot of animals, so I was tasked with taking care of them my whole life. I had to manage caring for 6 pets at a time (dogs and cats), and it came naturally to me. I'm very organized and able to adjust to your pets routine! Animals have also always taken a liking to me, and I am sure to give them as much attention as they need. I am a film student & photographer, but a lot of my classes are very early in the day. I am usually free every day from around 12:30 PM-8:30 PM! I will always make sure to listen to a clients wants and needs for their pet first and foremost. Whatever you request will always be my top priority! Communication is extremely important to me and I will be responsible for whatever specific needs or accommodations you would like for your pet. When caring for your pet, I want to focus on building a trusting relationship with them so they feel comfortable with me at all times. I will give them the utmost attention and make sure they are receiving the proper care they need!

“Anissa came and walked my dog for a couple days and agreed to a meet and greet to discuss expectations beforehand. She was very professional and kind to me and my dog Freya. She asked about all sorts of habits and made sure to give my baby not only the exercise but lunch and refilled her water, she also sent pictures of the walk. Literally the best experience I could have hoped for. I will be booking her again! And I would recommend her.”

About: I've grown up taking care of all sorts of pets from tons of dogs to cats to snakes to turtles. I have a very open schedule and am able to provide any services listed I'm a online college student studying psychology with a passion for pets. I currently am an undergraduate and am trying to gain more experience with not only animals, but people. Having an open availability allows me time to really care for and look after each pet in my home. For safety I regularly keep things such as wound care, air purifiers, humidifiers, emergency numbers and hospitals, and an extra large kennel just in case. I pay close attention to animals and keep a clean tidy space thats ready for animals to explore and relax in while you're away.

About: I've taken care of dogs at every stage of their lives; from walking to feeding to doggie play time to post-surgical care. Loving dogs is my heart's special joy. I'm retired so I am available any time your pet needs me. I am an early riser so I can get the dogs out for a walk before the heat of the day. There's always time for a butt scratch. :-) The most important thing to me is to find out how the client wants their pet cared for in their home and meet those needs. My goal is to have a happy, healthy dog when their parents come home.

Syndney J.
“Now I know I may be a bit biased because Syndney is my fiancée. But I have never met anyone who cares for animals the way Syndney does. Syndney’s delivered puppies, and she’s nurtured kittens to health. Syndney’s love for animals is so strong it’s rubbed off on me. Now I find myself being a cat person. Although, Syndney’s new to Rover. She is not new to caring for pets, and if you give her the chance to take care of your fur babies. I am positive she will not disappoint.”

Sabrina W.

“Sabrina is amazing with my dogs! And they are amazing with her! I almost don't want to send this cuz then she'll be less available.”

Ashleigh N.
“There are no words to describe how lucky my family was to have Ashleigh caring for our beloved pets. Worst nightmare our dog got sick and had to be taken to the vet while we were gone. Ashleigh not only took our foster dog to the vet but also medicated her and saved her life. Ashleigh is by far the best pet sitter we have ever had. She took care of our dogs, cats and chickens.”

Heather D.

“Heather is very sweet to Maya that’s why Maya’s so excited whenever it’s time for her walk. She’s always on time and trustworthy. I’ll definitely book again”

“Yasmine has taken care of both my dogs and she treats them like her own. She is a very caring person and loves animals. We have used her as a dog walker as well as a dog sitter in our home and we completely trust her with our animals and our home and both my dogs absolutely love her.”

Alana S.
“Alana is an exceptional caretaker of our dogs. She has so much patience and goes above and beyond in how she cares for them. She not only follows our instructions of feeding schedule, she actually plays and gives the most loving attention to our fur babies.”

Angelina Reese F.
“He was great with my dog, my dog is a picky eater with allergies to quite a bit of food and he followed all instructions to care for my dog, as well as walking him and getting his energy out.”

Donna D.
“Having Donna take care of your 16 year old baby has been an amazing experience. We have been able to go to family functions and even took a short vacation for our Anniversary. Donna truly loves animals and it shows in her care and how our dog responded to her. Our dog doesn't like change and will stop eating when things are different. She kept eating with Donna and kept her routines. It gave my wife and I piece of mind and spirit to know that she is being so well cared for. I highly recommend Donna to walk and care for your pets. She's just a good person and has a way with animals.”
