“I hated to leave my elderly puppy with just anyone before a family vacation, especially after he had a minor decline in health. However, following the meet and greet we set up - it was very obvious that these folks know dogs and dog care. I dropped off an old, blind dog with instructions for a new medication regimen, and came back to a finely brushed, handsome fella with a pep in his step. He's still blind but maybe that requires multiple visits to clear up 😉. Very grateful for the specialized care he received and highly recommend!”

They had toys for him to play with, took him on walks, and he loved playing with their dog. They also sent us several pics to let us know how he was doing. They even provided a small bag of dog treats to take home and wrote a very nice, thoughtful thank you card which they put in the bag with our dog’s stuff. We would be delighted for them to watch our pup again, and we highly recommend them to anyone else looking for someone to watch their dog.”

About: I’ve lived my whole life with at least one pet in the house and shared responsibility in caring for him or her. I took in my own pupper, Benji, in the summer of 2020 as a 4-month-old puppy and trained him myself. My husband and I also have a precious cat named Princess who rules the roost :) We love our fur family, and I/we can’t wait to love on yours! I work a regular 8-5 job that has some flexibility in the morning and afternoon (I can come in later and leave earlier if I need to). I’m free most evenings and weekends. I can take care of pets in my apartment for a short period, but they have to be ok with cats and dogs. I have a cat tree and a litter box, and I take my small dog on a walk 3x a day. I would do the same or more for my clients. I also expect my clients to line out any needs and rules for me in their homes and/or for their pets so I can take care of them as desired.

“We have used Emily and her lovely family to care for our senior dog on 2 different occasions and we will not hesitate to reach out again if needed. They have been so flexible and kind both times. I appreciate the great and timely communication. It can be a little nerve wracking leaving an older dog (with some issues) but Emily made us feel very comfortable! 10/10 recommend!”
