“We are SO happy with the care Bekah took with our Hammond and the fish. She was always right on time and took the best pictures. “I really think my cat Jesse is in love with Mallie. When I got home after 8 days away, Jesse told me all about the great time he had with Mallie. They have been together three times in the past year and I am certain they will get to spend more time together in the future. Mallie brushed Jesse because his fur was shiny and soft. His water dish was clean and plenty of food was in his bowl when I returned. Great job Mallie!!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for a wide range of breeds, I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to each pet’s routine and comfort. My goal is to make your dog feel secure and loved while you're away—just like you never left. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and companionship during most daytime hours Monday through Friday. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, safety and comfort come first. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, needs, and personality to help them feel secure and relaxed. I follow any instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, medication, or favorite walking routes—and make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and rest in a calm, stress-free environment.

“Victoria did an amazing job helping our kitties feel cared for while we were out of town. She went above and beyond checking on some other details for us and spent quality time making sure the cats were doing well.”

About: Since I was a child, I've been raising and taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes. I've nursed plenty of bottle babies- kittens, puppies and even rodents and farm animals. I've worked at the Chattanooga Zoo and volunteered at shelters across the country, so there's nothing you can throw at me that I haven't seen before! I currently work full-time with Tuesday and Wednesday off, and I'm free in the afternoon as well. I usually have availability to step away as needed. I love matching a pet's energy and I'm happy hanging out on the couch or running circles in the yard- whatever the situation calls for!

About: I've helped care for all kinds of animals, from baby chicks to horses since I was a little girl. I had my first dog about 15 years and he was like my baby. I currently have a chihuahua and mixed breed (Italian greyhound/jack Russell) I brought home from Italy. I can care for birds, fish, and reptiles as well. I'll even feed your chickens. I have 4 years of experience fostering puppies and dog sitting as well. I'm flexible on hours. I love to go on walks, play, and make it a fun day! Pets are family and I would care for yours like they were my own. While following any instructions you give, I'll ensure your pet is safe and accommodated at all times. I'm a student and homeschooling mom, so I'm flexible on time. I play fetch a couple times a day with my own pets and work on simple commands with rewards. I make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. With guidance on how you'd like me to care for your pet, I can be accommodating. If your dog plays well with others, and you are looking for boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. I can follow your feeding schedule, no matter if it's dry, wet, or raw foods. I can come morning or afternoons, or both if you need me to come to your home.

About: My parents gave me a Cocker Spaniel while I was a toddler. My whole life I have had at least one dog and more often than not I have had two or three. I have pup sat for many friends and have fostered more than 100 dogs. That number is not exaggerated. I founded Cavalier Rescue of Florida and was their first Director of Rescue. I held that position for 8 years until we moved to Alabama, but that Group is still going strong. Because I have had so many foster dogs in and out of my home I gained more knowledge than most in caring for dogs: very sick dogs, very old dogs, puppies and many fur babies that required daily medical treatments. I know how to check and treat diabetes, ear and eye problems, and give dogs injections if needed. I love all breeds of dogs and have had experience with many breeds and mixes. I honestly become unhappy when I am not surrounded by canines. I also am an experienced dog trainer and would be glad to give you instructions if you’re trying to train your dog. I currently foster for Cavalier Rescue USA, another great rescue organization. I am retired and my husband who is also a dog lover is retired. We are at home most of the time and don't leave our dogs at home without crating them for safety reasons and for no more than five hours without having someone check on them. I can sit for your furbabies any weekday and on weekends. I always put caring for the dogs before anything else. We have a very large fenced back yard with shade trees and double fences where there are gates. We have double fences in case someone leaves a gate open. We have never had a dog escape from our yard.

About: I am a vet tech and have been in the veterinary field for 4 years. I grew up with all kinds of animals and I love them all! I have a lot of knowledge on the medical side of animals needs and am able to administer any medications your babies may need. I work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30-6 with an hour lunch break. I am off most weekends when I have work it is a split shift so I am available mornings, mid day and evenings I am unable to watch your babies at my apartment due to the pet restrictions. I am able to do drop in visits or stay at your home.

Devin H.

“Devin gets a 5/5. Not only did he provide TLC to my dogs while I was away, He also bathed them when they got messy in mud going potty in his backyard. sent pics before and after to reassure me that they were okay during this tornado weather. His tornado shelter is a plus. Since this was my first time away from my animals in over a year, I was nervous. But he was able to keep in touch with me on the status of them and send a daily picture or two of the dogs. Thanks again!”

kattie y.
“I have a Great Dane and a Great Dane mix that Kattie used to care for while I was away for work or business trips. Although they were bigger dogs, Kattie did great with them! She gave them around the clock care when needed and never once "forgot" or "accidentally" missed an appointment to be at the house to get them/care for them. I would recommend her to any and everyone! She has a caring soul for animals and has a very positive upbeat attitude which is hard to find these days.”

Rachel R.
“Debbie Albano for Lauren Lauren’s just been a blessing to me and my dogs. She takes my little Yorkie, Goliath, for walks and gives him all the attention he needs. Before I lost my other three—Gabby, Sampson, and Saban—she helped with them too, even walked my outdoor dogs, which not everybody is willing to do. I work from home, but it’s such a comfort knowing they’re not just cooped up. She’s sweet, dependable, and you can tell she truly cares. I don’t know what I’d do without her.”

She even brings them Holiday treats!”

“Scarlet cares for our 2 girls all the time. We have 17 week old mini dachshund sisters. She follows all our house rules for the girls. I don't have to worry knowing Scarlet is taking care of them when I can't take the girls with me. Highly recommend”

Anna A.
“Hello! I've known Anna for a long time now, and I've always known that her dogs are very important to her. She was the one that taught me all I know about how to care for dogs (diet, exercise, training, etc.). I think Anna would would make a very capable and responsible choice for anyone looking to have their dog friends cared for.”

Donna & Will M.Star Sitter
“I met Donna Miner about 15 years ago, through our mutual love of dogs as we were both active in Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Rescue. She was the Founder and the first Director of Cavalier Rescue of Florida until she relocated to Alabama. We quickly became good friends and I could always count on Donna for advice about any care needed for my own dogs or for any foster dogs I was caring for. I have been to her homes, first in Florida and then in Alabama, and her dogs are always well cared for, healthy, clean, loved, and treated like beloved family members. Donna is a woman of integrity and grace who I would trust 100% to take care of my own precious Cavalier. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the care and training of dogs of all ages. I recommend Donna as an excellent caretaker of your dogs without hesitation.”
