How it works
Groomers get to your home within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment. They'll need:
- A place to bathe your dog (sinks work for small dogs, otherwise they'll need a bath or shower)
- A well-lit area with access to outlets, 6 feet by 6 feet
Groomers bring the rest: their grooming table, shampoo, clippers, shears, nail trimmers, and a portable vacuum. They'll clean the spaces they use after the groom.
We recommend you meet the groomer at your home for the first grooming session so you can show them around. After your first session, you can choose to schedule a time when you're not home, if you can share home entry instructions with your groomer.
Grooms cancelled at least 48 hours before the day of grooming are eligible for a full refund. Grooms canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of the booking price.
Dog grooming in Austin
Austin is full of great dog parks. With at least 16 parks to visit with your pup, like the park at Mills Pond and Red Bud Isle or places like Barton Creek, there's a chance your dog will get muddy and need a bath and haircut to tidy up. Whether you live in Hyde Park or Barton Hills, enjoy the green space and off-leash areas with your pup.
