About: I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for two years as well as owning dogs since I was young. My whole family has pets in which I help to babysit at times. I love all dogs.. the older ones are my favorite however since I do have a 9 year old rescue who is my whole life! I love working with puppies on simple tricks as well as chilling with the older dogs in the sun! I currently work full time. I have quite a bit of free time most weekends as well as a few days during the week. I’m available after 5pm as well on the days I do work. At my home I do not have a fence:( i do have leashes as well as a in ground leash if needed. I let my dog and any visiting dogs free roam the house, but if it’s needed we have a porch to seclude them while still giving them room and a nice outside view. Everyone is more than welcome on the couches and beds<3
About: Hey there! My name is Julie and I would love to hang out with your pets! I received my vet tech degree in 2018, and have been working with animals for over 10 years. I just graduated with my BS in Fisheries and Wildlife, but am looking to still work with companion animals in some capacity. I would love to do drop-in visits, take your dog for a walk, or stay with your pup (or kitty) while you’re on vacation! As a former vet tech (and a dog mom of 3 seniors) I’m super comfortable with specials needs pets, senior pets, and giving various medications. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss anything specific! Currently in-between fish and wildlife internships (with the next one starting in February), so I have unlimited availability. My calendar/availability is up to date, so check it out! I treat all pets like they’re my own, so making sure they’re taken care of properly is paramount to me. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
