About: Just starting my experience taking care of animals. I love animals and have a cat of my own. I am very responsible and patient and ready for any challenge. It will be just me attending to the pets. I work in retail and I am a student now but have time in between my days to care for animals. I live with a cat and take her to the vet frequently to get her shots and make sure everything is okay, she’s inside and outside and I make sure to feed her and play with her everyday. My brother found her outside and since then I have taken her to get spayed and taken care of her ever since. I’m very patient and don’t mind cleaning up any messes. I love dogs and cats and see my mom’s dog frequently and let him out multiple times a week.

About: Animals have been a constant in my life and career for over a decade. I spent 5 years working in veterinary medicine, starting as a kennel attendant in a boarding facility and working my way up to a veterinary receptionist while continuing hands-on care with boarded pets. That experience gave me a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and daily care routines. While still in vet med, and continuing after, I ran my own pet sitting and dog walking business for nearly 6 years. I cared for pets in their homes, built long-term relationships with clients, and managed everything from daily walks to extended stays. I stepped away due to a demanding work schedule, but caring for animals has always been where my heart is. I’m experienced with special needs pets, administering medications (oral, topical, and injectable), managing behavioral challenges, and following detailed care instructions. I’m comfortable with senior pets, high-energy breeds, shy or anxious animals, and multi-pet households. Currently, I work as a 911 dispatcher for the county, which has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and handle unexpected situations responsibly. Reliability, attention to detail, and safety are second nature to me. I’m excited to reconnect with what I’m most passionate about; providing dependable, knowledgeable, and compassionate care for your pets as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work 3–4 night shifts a week, which gives me several full days off dedicated entirely to pet care. On my workdays, I’m intentional about scheduling visits around my shifts so pets still receive consistent, reliable attention. Because I work nights, my daytime schedule is flexible. I take short rest breaks throughout the day, very much like your pets do lol, which allows me to stay energized while still being present and attentive during visits. I’m used to structuring my time carefully, and I prioritize reliability and routine so your pets feel secure and cared for. Whether it’s early morning drop-ins, mid-day visits, evening walks, or overnight care on my off days, I build my schedule around providing consistent, dependable care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and household preferences exactly as outlined. My goal is to maintain consistency so your pet feels secure while you’re away. I provide plenty of enrichment, affection, and supervision tailored to each animal’s personality, whether that’s high-energy playtime, structured walks, or calm companionship for more anxious or senior pets. I’m experienced with administering medications, monitoring for health or behavioral changes, and handling special needs with confidence and care. I also treat your home with respect. I keep things clean, secure, and organized, provide regular updates with photos, and communicate clearly so you always know how your pet is doing. MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart. About: I have always had a big heart for pets. This includes cats and dogs. I enjoy being around them, feeding them, and cleaning after them. I work full time for a nonprofit, but have flexibility. I’m mostly available on Fridays-Mondays. I currently care for doggies and cats in my own home. My doggy is on a feeding schedule and get regular walks. He enjoys playing tug-a-war with me and enjoys having me the one to fetch his toys. I easily get along with animals and enjoy playing and exercising them.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I could walk. I’ve owned many breeds of both cats and dogs and have cared for all of my pets through their whole life span I am working part time, so I have plenty of time for visits and walks during any time of day. My schedule is super flexible. I can work with any breed or age of pet. I have experience with both cats and dogs and enjoy playing and loving on them.

About: I have such a love for animals. I speak to them at all times, even when they’re passing by with their humans and I just tell the animal to have a great day. They make me so very happy, and I love to make them happy. I have 2 cats of my own and 5 niece and nephew dogs I have cared for and spoiled rotten for many years. I don’t get tired of playing, feeding, singing, or walking animals. I have just left a very emotionally draining job, caring for elderly humans and ensuring their happiness is always met. About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve learned how to care for all pets. Dogs, cats, goats, chickens, bunnies, llamas. Hopefully your dog won’t spit on me like my llamas did ;) I adore all animals I love getting on their level to play, teaching them new tricks with clicker training, and back massages (‘cause even our pets need that sometimes too🥲). Your pet will LOVE their time at Camp Hanna. Bring em over! I work from home and where I cannot commit to a pet full time just yet, I’d love to help you out and host your best friend for as long as you need :) Lovely multiplex townhome on a quiet street. We have grassy side and backyard and several wooded walking trails. I go on walks between calls multiple times a day and would love to take your pooch out on the leash and work on their clicker training.

About: I have had and been responsible for pets since I was a child. I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats. We have pet fur on furniture and probably eat more treats than we should! I have the luxury of having summers off. I will be home full time to care for your fur baby from the end of May to the end of August! I have a full secure fenced in back yard. I have 2 friendly small dogs and 3 cats. My dogs have full access to outdoors at any time with a doggy door. We go for nightly walks, get treats through the day and have access to furniture.

About: I worked at a local pet store for over a year. I have experience in training puppies. I have a special place in my heart for senior and special needs dogs, as I have one of my own. I take pride in making sure everything is disinfected after each animal. I am familiar with a lot of medications and health conditions your pet may have. I keep calm and know exactly what do to do in any situation that could be thrown at me. I grew up having almost any pet you can think of. I have always been an animal lover:) I am willing to work with many clients at a time. I love all dogs and cats and I am willing to go above and beyond for each animal in my care. I love each animal that comes in to my home like they are mine even if I am only watching them for a few hours! I am very strict with following instructions. I live in a quiet neighborhood with minimum traffic and a large yard for playing. I will exceed expectations for all clients. I guarantee safety of your pet at all times. Not only is this just my job it has become fun for my whole family! I enjoy house sitting. I appreciate when you leave detailed written instructions and schedules. My boyfriend typically accompanies me when his schedule allows it, and it has become very fun for the both of us.

About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I would most definitely take care of your dog or cat as if it were my own. Ive taken care of dogs with disabilities for example my mom’s shih tzu has a bad back and cant walk well. And ive taken care of large breeds such as great danes and golden doodles. I love animals i think they are so much fun to be around and their spirit just leaves you so happy. I have 3 dogs and 2 reptiles in the home. But on top of being good with animals i also am excellent with people i have been a manager trainer. And spokesperson for many of my jobs. About: I've taken care of dogs since i've been 10. I grew up on a farm all my life. I've been relied on a lot to take care of different types of animals.. but dogs and cats are my favorite!! I enjoy dogs and cats very much and with me being a influencer i think i can make your animal famous for a day;) My scheduling is always very open, but if sometimes something comes up then I just have to plan accordingly to the situation, other than that i'm pretty good! We have a farm so are dogs are always having a lot of energy. I make sure that the dog has water, food and if needs medical attention it gets it right away.
