“Words cannot describe how thankful I am for this soul. Having to find a stranger and book them for when you are out of town in less than a week is beyond stressful plus a dog being sick all of a sudden is a nightmare. I found Amanda 5 days before leaving on a trip due to a friend backing out of watching my sweet Akita, Kuma. The night before the meet and greet Kuma became sick. I monitored him before leaving and he had no accidents so I thought we were in the clear. I had told Amanda what was going on and she was more than understanding. When she came to let Kuma out she informed me he had an accident, and the same the following day. I was so freaked out and felt horrible for Amanda having to deal with a sick pup. Kuma’s dad was looking at flights to come home, but Amanda’s kindness and how empathic, put our minds at ease. Amanda was so thorough and gave us updates on how Kuma was doing. Luckily, he stopped having accidents and Amanda was able to watch him with ease as it should have been the whole time. It really shows who a person is when animals come right up to them, especially when akitas are comfortable. Amanda is truly an amazing human being. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of my babies.”

About: Hi, I have 4 dogs of my own. I have trained them since puppies on some obedience training. I went to diamond oaks for my junior and senior year to study Veterinary assisting. I know how walk dogs, I can train them on some commands. I can look at dog and tell if it’s happy or upset. I can even trim nails and bathe. I’m currently a stay at home mom, looking to make extra income. Taking care of dogs or animals In general will keep me busy while I also exercise by walking dogs. I have a big fenced in yard, mainly privacy fenced. I clean up after them to prevent any illness or parasites. My dogs go outside to play as often as they want. We go on walks frequently. When it comes to bringing my clients animals around my pets I use extreme caution and make sure everyone is safe. I start off knowing how my clients pets are before introducing them to my animals. I then bring out my calmest dog and then ease into bringing others out. I check for signs of distress and separate animals if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of my grandmothers dogs since I was 8, and I have began to care for a larger variety of pets since then. My own pets have included hermit crabs, fish, cats, dogs, and cows. I have also worked at a pet store and have educated myself on a variety of other pets from mice to snakes to chinchillas. Because of that extra knowledge, I am completely open to providing basic complementary care for small animals in addition to your cat or dog when you book me for house sitting. This free extra service would apply to small mammals, fish, and many reptiles. So please ask about this service when booking! I have school 4 days a week in Lawrenceburg where I am pursuing my degree in biology! On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I work my part time job and am only available at limited times. On the other days of the week I would be completing my tasks after classes. Most of the time this would be after 4 PM. I am happy to do any task required of me for your pet. I will attempt to follow your requests to the best of my ability. I’ve never met a pet I haven’t liked and would love to treat your baby like my own!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, cats came a little later but I still love them the same! I’ve pet sat for just about every single friend and family member I have so I thought I’d branch out to help others! I know how much our pets mean to us and I know how I would want my two dogs treated. There would never be a lack of love and care 💙 I work full time during the week, off on weekends. I get an hour lunch break so if I’m within distance I’m more than able to take a break during the day if needed. I’ve experienced pretty much every situation possible when it comes to caring for small and large animals. I have crate trained, changed diapers, you name it.

About: I've taken care of my family pets for almost all my life. I have always loved being around animals of any kind. I love being active and the outdoors! I'm currently working full-time, 3 days a week! I love working out and being outside. On my days off, I like to taking walks and runs, perfect for your pets! I will ensure that your pets will always be taken care of, just like they are my very own. Whether that's making sure there's no hazards around, or even just making sure they're cooled off and drinking water after a walk or play time.

About: We have had pets our entire life and currently have 2 dogs we love! We really love walking dogs and taking care of them when needed! You’ll get high energy from both of us, quality and safety. We will take care of them as if they are our own. I work a normal 8-4 so I am free before hand and after. I am also free on the weekends! It’s nothing for me to go take a pet on a walk or let them out to potty and play with them :) I have a lot of freedom. Brooke can also help, if the times are during the work day! She works all around the Lawrenceburg, Aurora and Greenwood area doing home care! I will let your dogs out on a leash or yard; whatever you have. I can take them for a small amount of time or even walk them to a local dog park!
