“Jennifer was communicative and flexible with our needs, making a world of difference as we went away! She sent daily photos of our kitties and noted when there was a change going on!”

“Bridget was wonderful with my shy cat! She sent clear updates every day with photos and arrived right on time for all of our scheduled drop-ins, and eventually my kitty warmed up enough to have some playtime with her! She was also super understanding when weather forced us to reschedule our meet and greet. This was my first time using Rover and I would definitely hire Bridget again!”

“Meghanne was absolutely fantastic! Trusting a stranger with your home and the wellbeing of your pets can be difficult, but Meghanne made me feel so at ease from our first time meeting through her last visit. She took great care of our three cats and bunny, including our elder diabetic cat who requires specific feeding instructions and twice daily insulin injections. She was obviously familiar with working with diabetic pets when she gave a first injection at our meet up. She was punctual for every visit and provided us detailed notes and several photos of our boys while we were away which we appreciated. She played with them, learned their individual personalities and habits, even made our very timid cat feel comfortable in her presence (not an easy feat!). Meghanne went above and beyond in her services. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I am so thrilled to have found Meghanne, she will be at the top of my list for any future pet care needs.”

“Adriana was wonderful! It meant a lot to me that she spent most of the time during her visits hanging out with my kitties, making sure they were happy and got attention while I was gone. She left very detailed notes and let me know if anything was out of the ordinary. She took great care of them, and even got my very shy cats to come out of their shell! She made me feel very assured that they were in good hands while I was gone!”

“Janyl went above and beyond to provide amazing care to my two cats while I was away for two weeks. I was nervous to leave them for this amount of time especially because one is elderly and has some health issues. Janyl immediately put me at ease during our initial meet and greet. She was very thorough, asked great questions, and was clearly very knowledgable. Janyl had great intuition when it came to the cats' temperaments. She checked in with me daily, sent lots of pictures, and gave me a detailed run down of what she and the cats did each day. She even clipped their nails during her visit and vacuumed. My home was neat and tidy when I returned from a long travel day (so nice). The cats seemed to be very comfortable with her and I was able to enjoy my time away knowing they were in such good hands. Thank you, Janyl!”

“I’ve used multiple sitters from rover and have always had a great experience. However, I think Alison and Robert hit the ball out of the park! I loved the thorough updates and was able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing my fur baby was in such great hands. Thanks so much guys!”

“Fran is super nice and gracious. My wife and I had to leave for two nights and couldn’t bring along our beloved little cat. We were worried about leaving the little thing alone by herself after being with her nonstop for a long time during the pandemic. We decided to go with Fran after reading the positive reviews about her and meeting her. Fran was always prompt with responding to messages. She was also super loving to Slatie (our cat) during the meet and greet. While we were away, she would always send pictures and other updates at precisely the appointed time. In the past when we’ve had cat-sitters, we’ve sometimes been worried about whether the cat-sitter would remember to make the trip. But with Fran, she gives you a precise time and she’s there at that time. Looking at some of the pictures, she even made friends with Slatie :) I would highly recommend Fran!”

“Chloe is a senior cat and very quiet and shy, but she definitely liked Amber and felt safe and secure with her. I got pictures every day and Chloe got her medicine daily in her food. I would recommend Amber for pet care!”

“I was on a 2-week vacation and Haylee did a wonderful job with my cat, Brutus. He is very old but very sweet and leaving him for 2 weeks was difficult, but I was at ease knowing Haylee was going there daily. I would recommend her to watch your beloved pets!!! Ann Zupan”

“Allyanna was truly amazing! She not only took amazing care of my 3 kitties but also my home. She left my house in beautiful condition and I would gladly trust her again with my cats again!! I am extremely lucky to have had her in my home while I was away!!”

About: I have experience with all different breeds of dogs of all different sizes and ages. I have a range of experience in care such as administering eye drops and insulin, as well as bathing. I take care of my own pets daily and would love to help others do the same. I’m currently taking a break from schooling so am very available for their needs. I feed my families 2 dogs and a cat, I have had many pets in my life and cared for them all attentively and lovingly. I can pick up on small behavioral changes in case somethings wrong and am very observant of their health and well being.

About: I've been around animals my whole life and can't imagine it any other way! I've always had cats and dogs and care for them with so much love. I grew up with corgis and have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Right now, I have two cats, a long-haired dachshund, and a Jack Russel-Chihuahua mix who keep life interesting! I've also cared for guinea pigs, a mouse, a bearded dragon, macaws, and lived with a pet snake growing up. Whether it's a kitten or a senior pup, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the same love and comfort they give us. I would love to be a friendly face your pet can feel safe with while you're away! I currently have open availability and a very flexible schedule. I'm seeking full-time work, so right now I'm available any day of the week, including evenings and weekends. Your pet's safety is my top priority, in-home or out on a walk! I will follow any care instructions you provide and keep you updated as often as you'd like so you always feel confident they're in good hands.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. There’s always been a family or friends dog around, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I treat every animal like they’re my own. I currently have two side jobs that I have full control over, so I’m able to be flexible and available any time of day or week to care for your pet. Whether it’s early mornings, midday check-ins, or evenings, I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs! When I’m caring for pets in their home, I do my best to stick to their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’ll follow any instructions you leave closely - whether it’s feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or giving medications. I respect your home, keep things clean and tidy, and make sure your pets get lots of love and attention while you’re away. I know how important it is to feel confident your pets and your space are in good hands!

About: Volunteering at shelters and owning an array of pets throughout my life helps me understand fully how to care for a creature. I've never turned away an animal and have worked with nursing birds, rodents, bunnies, and kittens back to health after rescuing them. I also love working with exotic pets like amphibians or reptiles, but mainly I board and walk dogs! I'm very good at reading body language and training stubborn dogs, and working with animals full time would be a dream career. Right now I'm studying premedicine / ecology at UA and taking care of animals over the summers to save money for school! Going to Albany on the 24th! Until then I can board, but afterwards I'm switching my location and removing boarding from my services as I'll be on campus. Large yard with electric fence and 2 extra collars for a medium dog. Home with 3 accessible stories, dog food, treats, litter box, toys and plenty of enrichment. Dog beds and human beds for sleeping, large safe neighborhood for walks!!

“Rowan did a great job of taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town. She sent us a report and photos during each visit, which helped to ease our minds while we were away. Rowan followed our instructions for feeding the dogs and taking care of our house. Everything was in good condition when we arrive d home. We will definitely use Rowan again.”

“Heather is the most loving, bubbly person ❤️ She abd her husband Ed instantly fell in love with my babies. I was sent pictures everyday, any issues outside the norm she addressed promptly. When I returned home, my house was exactly how I had left it ! My dogs were sleeping when I entered the door, which tells me they had everything they needed while I was gone. Thank You so much 💓”

About: I have been pet sitting for many years for both long and short periods of time. I love caring for animals, and I also have a dog of my own!! I am available to pet-sit at all times; my schedule is very flexible! My routine for my own pets requires me to be up very early, so I am around early mornings all the way through the late evening. I listen very carefully to instructions when watching someone’s pet, and make sure to give them lots of care and love when I am with them!!

“Katie was great! She sent me pictures of my two cats while I was out on a cruise. She made sure the automatic feed/litterbox and everything was working. Don't have to worry about your animals while you are away at all!”

“Amber was a great cat sitter for my 2 4.5 month old kittens. She sent lots of pictures and I know she was great company for them! Would absolutely have her back.”

About: I have 6+ years of taking care of my 2 jack Russell’s, neighbors dogs + cats in 3 different states and my boyfriends parents 2 cats (1 disabled). Promptly giving medicine to those animals in need for specific time, and patience tending to their attentions and needs. I work full time remote M-Thursday 8am-4pm with an hour and half lunch break each day. I work 3x a week part time on site and can be flexible as needed. I have a high energy dog (Jack Russell) that requires a lot of assertiveness and strict use of instruction. But at the same time requires rewards and playtime. I love to care for animals, but also care about the safety of myself, and owners property always keeping that at a #1 priority of my surroundings and the pets safety and better interest of the owner.
