About: I’ve been caring for animals professionally for over 8 years and grew up surrounded by pets, so working with animals has always been a big part of my life. I have hands-on experience from working at an animal shelter/sanctuary, a local pet store, and in a veterinary clinic as a vet tech assistant. Through these roles, I’ve worked with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and senior pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medications, cleaning, and recognizing signs of stress or illness. My background in a vet clinic has also helped me stay calm in unexpected situations and prioritize safety. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a student at Davidson College in North Carolina, so during the school year my schedule is structured around classes. Being away from my own pets honestly makes me miss them a lot, which is why I love spending time caring for other people’s animals, it really makes me happy to have them around. I’m available for visits, walks, and sitting around my class schedule and have flexibility in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. During the summer, I’m available full-time, so I have plenty of time and attention to give your family! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m very attentive, patient, and respectful of each animal’s unique personality and needs. With my background working in a vet clinic, shelter, and pet store, I’m comfortable handling a variety of situations and can recognize signs of stress or illness. I always follow your instructions closely, whether that’s feeding routines, medications, or specific care preferences. I create a calm, loving environment and make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and at home while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals of many kinds, whether they be furred or feathered, and I have a deep love for all kinds of creatures. As of right now, I do not have any other jobs outside of this, so I will be perfectly free to watch over your babies and give them lots of love. No matter what your fur-baby needs, I will happily oblige and give them all the attention and services that they need. Whether that be a strict diet, or a laid-back cuddle session.

About: Living in the OBX, Willing to travel, see new places! I want to help care for your dog in your home because I believe pets are happiest in their home setting. I never boarded my dog, always traveled with him or had a family member stay. I'm excited to meet all your fur family and see some new places. If you live near trails, i particularly enjoy a hiking dog. I will travel for overnight care up to a few hours. I also visit NH regularly. Im working on something personal right now which allows me the flexibility to travel and dog sit. I prefer the beach, mountains, lakes, quiet over cities. I'm a kiteboarder and hiker, so i'm partial to areas I can explore with these activities. I always follow the household schedule and your pets preferences. During my time in your home, I will leave it generally cleaner than I found it. I'm comfortable traveling to dog parks, trails etc with a dog or two in my car.. I'm happy to keep your plants happy, enjoying a green thumb.
