Becky watched my dog Luna when we were exploring Yellowstone. Luna is getting taken care of! Would recommend to people who need a pet sitter for Yellowstone!

June was great with my goldendoodle! She is patient and tolerant with the dogs she cares for. She took Charlie for walks while I was gone, and gave him snuggles for me when I couldn’t. I felt confident leaving him with June, knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely use June’s services again in the future.

We had the BEST experience with Camile and Aaron. She sent so many pictures and videos, which I absolutely loved and really put me at ease. Milo is normally very shy, but from the very beginning he was completely comfortable with her and her family. He usually doesn’t eat much when he’s being watched by someone else, but he ate all of his food twice a day the entire time, which says everything about how happy and comfortable he was. I could tell he was truly cared for and loved. I was honestly worried he wouldn’t want to come home with me after!! Such an amazing experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kara and her husband were very nice and made our pups really welcome and happy. They took them for walks in the snow and they loved it. We look forward to seeing them again in the future.

Jaylin was so easy to work with. She sent pictures regularly and made me feel at ease leaving my pups for a week. It’s apparent that she really loves animals and loves to care for them!

About: I have taken care of large and small animals my entire life. I have experience in training and wound care if necessary. If your dog is social and you are interested I can bring along my Golden Retriever to get out all the zoomies. I’m currently working part time from home giving me a lot of flexibility to assist your pet whenever suits your needs. You make the schedule, I’ll stick to it :) I am happy to play fetch, walk, or run with your dog at your home or around the neighborhood. I am open to multiple dog households as well.

About: There is a special place in my heart for rescues and senior pets, I also think anyone who doesn’t love animals need some serious help. I am willing to do literally anything your pet needs, I will lay my life down for your pet, I am not kidding. I’m a college student, so my schedule is pretty free in the afternoon. I can make any time work for the most part. Anything your pet needs, I’ll do💅 I can’t have animals in my apartment for longer than two weeks, but short term I can! I am also more than willing to go to your animal’s house and care for them there! As long as you give me the instructions to keep your animal happy, I’m at your service!

About: Had dogs my whole life. Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

Becky was great! Very responsive, and gave my pup a fun place to stay. He came home so happy! We will definitely be using her again when we're in the area.

My puppy, Finn, had a great time with Becky and her dogs. He needed to be around other dogs to play with and learn from, which he did with Becky. She was great in sending photos and videos of him with her dogs. I've never seen Finn so happy. Becky has a wonderful back yard for dogs--secure, grassy and large to accommodate running. He misses them already.

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in ID ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
