I’ve volunteered at a nature center caring for reptiles, worked as a farm hand, and helped care for my family’s cattle. I work full-time (most weeks) in the service industry. I will never work doubles while taking care of your babies. Normal shifts will be from 10-4 or 4-11/12. My management is aware of my use of rover, and is very understanding to slight schedule changes. At my house my animals are spoiled, so I will treat your babies the same. They will get a multitude of cuddles, and just leave any special instructions like meals or medication. (However I am not specialized in injections.)

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
