About: The more the merrier! I was put on this earth to love and care for all animals. I'm also experienced with senior animals, i.e. giving medications and various treatments needed by those seniors in our lives. Pet sitting/house sitting is my main priority. I value all animals, and the time it takes to care for them all, and find each experience rewarding. I treat them like they're my own. My cats usually sleep on my bed, and they are usually in the same room with me, and I talk to them constantly. I think we all talk to our pets, so they know our voice and tone of voice.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 20 years. I started when I lived in Centerville. Grew up around dogs and cats and horses. Will stay at the clients house with the animal. If the client prefers the comfort of their pet I am reliable, Love animals, have references I go to school full-time for nursing. Right now I go to one class a week in the evening and during the week I do home healthcare needed part time until full-time morning classes resume in July I stay in the home if I need to. I feed in one of the animals walked the animals we needed. I play with the animals. I cuddle with the animals and show love to the animals.

I was worried about needing to cancel the plans but Draven was able to watch him last minute which I was so grateful for. She and her husband stayed with him at my apartment. They sent pictures, took amazing care of him, and even groomed him for me while I was gone. Everything was clean and he was extremely happy when I got back. I would definitely recommend using Draven for any petsitting/housesitting needs. Also ask about the baking services because they are amazing as well! :)”

About: - Please note: On my property I have created a private fenced dog park and will pick u your fur baby, travel to my private dog park, spend a few hours having amazing fun and then travel back home, happy as can be and exhausted! - I have been a volunteer and foster of shelter animals as well as rescuing and providing a forever home for animals for many years. I worked at a shelter for a short time before resigning to open my own animal rescue. Working at an animal shelter opened my eyes to so many issues and reasons why people surrender their animals. I am currently in the process of opening an animal rescue through fostering each animal while finding a forever home for them. In addition, my rescue will focus on educating the public on the responsibilities of owning an animal over its lifetime. Opening a Non Profit rescue is what I am doing in my spare time because I have to continue to earn a living to provide for my family. Dog/cat sitting is the perfect profession for me because I get to continue to work with animals on a full-time basis and I feel this is the area in which I thrive and can continue to help with providing the best care possible. Over the years I have learned something from every animal I have worked with and/or owned. Currently I’m a student part-time so I will have the ability for the weekends and Wednesday and Thursday! Changes can be made for different days of the week. About: We grew up with dogs and have been dog-sitting for thirty years. In the 90s, we had “Pampered Pets” in Boston, then we moved to Washington, DC, where we rebranded as “Top Dog DC,” and now we’re in Sperryville, VA, with “2 Dog Hotel.” Also, in the early 2000s, we raised four “Guiding Eyes for the Blind” puppies. Puppy raisers are critical to many organizations that train working dogs. Future guide dogs must be socialized in warm and loving homes, the puppies are fun, and puppy raisers learn about dog psychology and training. However, it's still not easy sending the pups off to college. Having done many "Intervac" house swaps, now we're getting into house sitting. We can take care of your pets and your home while you travel. We spend much time at home on our patio, gated deck (squirrel TV included), near a cozy wood stove, or on the nearby hiking trails. Since we spend so much time at home, keeping to your dog’s regular schedule is manageable. When we have dogs, we rarely do things where they can't join us. We only take care of one or two dogs at a time. The truth is we enjoy the pet therapy we get from dog-sitting, and the therapists seem to like it too.
