During our trip, Frances stayed in our home for ten nights and updated us at least twice daily with pictures of Mancha and information about his day. It was so reassuring! In one message, she even shared that she started to remove Mancha’s collar while he was eating because she noticed the tag was hitting his bowl. Her attention to detail and clear desire for our dog’s comfort and happiness made us feel so good.
