About: *Recently moved to Yarmouth, Maine and back on Rover - accepting new clients* 🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed. I have a very clean home and welcome pets to feel comfortable if they would like to snooze on the sofas, bed, and we have a secure fenced in yard, but I do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. I usually take my dog to the local dog parks and nature trails and would bring yours along too. 🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day. 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. My boyfriend is also very helpful with the dogs- if they are up for it, he will take them jogging every night.

About me: I have been actively building my pet sitting network of beloved clients (2 legged & 4 legged) since 2020. These past 4+ years sparked the beginning of a dream come true I didn’t even know I had. I have some homestead and farm experience - horses, chickens, goats, gardens, and am willing to learn other livestock care as well. I also have also had experience caring for reptilian pets in the past and am open to snakes, birds, lizards, rodents, fish, you name it. On any given day I can be found taking dogs on adventures in the midcoast area peppered in with other responsibilities for my property management job. When pet sitting in your home for your animal(s) I am typically available to accommodate your pet’s normal schedule, to spend time with them, drop in throughout the day for visits, or bring them along with me on adventures with other dogs throughout the day. I prefer bookings where your pets can be left home unattended for 2-4 hour increments to accommodate my part time work schedule. In your home I will follow your instructions and duplicate however you care for your pet & home with the utmost care & respect. You tell me! I love going on walks, hikes, beach or dog park adventures, playing ball, frisbee, doing doggie playdates or custom adventures. I am as adventurous or relaxed as your pet needs me to be. Does your dog loves a walk on the beach or a fun hike? I know a spot! Jump in, let’s go! But if they’d rather stay home, take short strolls, play in the yard, and snuggle that’s great too. 😊

About: I have lots of experience working with animals, including time working at an animal hospital during high school, where I learned to care for pets of all kinds. About: I have had pets my whole life, ranging from cats and dogs to birds and lizards. Ive always had an affinity for animals, especially dogs, and would do anything I could for them.
