“I have used Rover several times throughout my dog’s 10 years and have NEVER seen her warm up (and calm down) to someone the way she did with Milo, which speaks volumes about how Milo handles animals with care and compassion. We came home to two very content animals after being away for a couple of nights and booking at the last minute, and Milo was also super respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend, and I know Milo is going to make an amazing vet tech!”

“Jessica was awesome when she in home sat our 2 dogs! She was very punctual, communicative and kept us in the loop. I appreciated her communication and professionalism and will definitely hire her again! Thanks Jessica for taking care of our dogs and our home :)”

“Ashley did great with our two pups! She seemed to know how to navigate our more anxious pup and get her to warm up to her, which is huge for me as I worry about our anxious girl! Our other pup is deaf and a bit of a handful, but she did great!”

About: I have taken care of just about any animal you can think of. I was a veterinary assistant for 4 years. I am 25 years old and currently finishing my bachelor’s degree online at SIUE. I am currently working part time as a nanny and looking to add more pet sitting clients to my workload! I am in college and trying to save money for my future and pet sitting is a very flexible way for me to do that, plus I enjoy it so much! I always love to spend quality time with the animals I am caring for, it helps them to become more comfortable and makes it more enjoyable for me as well! I like to learn the little things that each pet I take care of likes most and use that to bring them comfort and joy while I am caring for them!

On thursdays, I do have a job I work during the day from 7 am- 3pm. I also do have a part time job that’s schedule changes week to week but currently I’m not working much there! Regardless if you let your dog out in your yard without a leash, I will be requiring a leash (if there are no fences) to keep your dog safe and others around safe. I especially think play time and walking tim are important for animals and their health! I will not be someone who pops in and out super fast and I will build a connection with your pets!

I am free most days with the ability to tend to your furbaby's needs whenever works best for you, as I am currently self employed and create my own schedule. I have a fenced in yard with lots of toys and room to run. I spend 2-3 hours outside (depending on the weather) with the pups playing fetch or other games.

About: I’ve taken care of PAWZ every since I was 10 years old. My family had four kittens around that time of age and I took the lead role into making sure they’re daily activity was met. I’ve also dog sat in the past few years while being a student on UIUC campus. I like to go for walks, car rides, or sitting on the balcony on a nice sunny day, so if your furry friend needs a pet sitter of interest please reach out to me. Im currently a student at University of Illinois UC and I work part time. Most of this time is during the day, but this is also negotiable . I love playing in and out doors with our friends in the yard or in the living room etc, while following your pet/home care instructions.

About: My pet care experience consists of having a dog throughout my childhood and adult years. I've always loved the companionship of owning a dog and also visiting or babysitting families and friends' dogs/cats. With having a dog comes a lot of responsibility and attention whether that's feeding, letting outside, physical activity, and training. I'm experienced in all of those qualities. The pet care that I will be using through the new dogs and cats I meet are the basics of giving treats, going for walks, and playing fetch or ball. Those basics are important and useful for dog caregivers because any dog would love the attention and care that you are giving them unconditionally. I'm also experienced in grooming with bathing the pet if needed. Whether that's outside with a hose and soap or inside in a bathtub. Dogs are my best friends and should be treated with love and companionship therefore I would treat the dog and make sure they are happy and comfortable but also safe and calm at all times. My schedule is very flexible and in the case of babysitting or walking a dog, I will be attentive and responsible. Since I currently have a dog at home I take her outside frequently, stay outside with her and walk around the backyard or throw a toy and play fetch or even just sit in the grass and give her belly rubs. My daily routine consists of letting my dog outside and hanging out with her off and on while also letting her have time to rest and chill by herself. My weekly routine is the same as my daily routine aside from additional car rides, pup cups, or cousin visits with other dogs. The safety, trust & Environment of the care for the pet in my home and or my client's home will consist of making sure all doors are shut when entering and exiting the home or garage. Also making sure the dog is on a leash and well equipped when walking through a neighborhood. I also have a fenced-in yard so I'm experienced with fences and the proper precautions if needed. I can easily create your dog too if needed. Also water supply and refilling the water bowl as needed and giving supplements or medicine also. Also will have the clients contact information in case of emergency.

“Madie was amazing. We had a last minute conflict with our dog sitter and she came to the rescue. It was our first time using someone who was not family watching her. She came to our house on Thanksgiving to do a meet and greet which greatly decreased our hesitation about using someone else to watch our fur baby. Madie went above and beyond what we could have asked for. She was professional and extremely kind. She cared for Stella as if she were her own. We will definitely be using her again! Cannot recommend her enough.”

About: I have spent my entire life caring for animals. Throughout my life I have had many animals from birds and Guinea pigs to cats and dogs. Koda, my youngest dog was completely trained by me in German commands. Working with dogs to learn new things is one of my favorite things to do. My oldest dog, Motley is a senior and the past couple years I have become very educated and trained on administration of medication and post surgery care. With experience from my own pets, I have many reliable references I have gained over the years that can vouch for me on my loving, dedicated, and superior care with their fur babies. I am currently a nanny and have almost completely open availability. I work Monday through Thursday during the day but can still do visits anytime! And I’m off Friday through Sunday so anytime those days as well! When visiting your home I am happy to provide any services you may need for your pet. This includes special feeding instructions, medication distribution, daily walks, baths, guaranteed playtime, and more all while treating them as my own with so much love! I am also happy to do drop in visits while you are at work or walks to get your babies steps in.

“Heather House sat for us for 7 nights. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her. During the week my daughter needed a dog sitter and Heather welcomed her to join our pup. We also had a flight delay and heather immediately offered to stay an additional night. Our house is always spotless when we come home and our dog is so content that I know she appreciated Heather being at our home all week. Thank you Heather!!”
