About: I’ve taken care of many different animals in my life ranging from beta fish to lizards to small dogs to big dogs. I’m confident in dealing with any issues that may arise I’m currently the owner of a golden retriever and a brown lab golden retriever mix that have trained as seeing eye dogs but unfortunately dropped out of the program for minor health reasons. I take them out every morning and afternoon and night. I feed them most days as my spouse does some days as well. My moto is let them have fun but be safe about it. For example in our apartment we will throw the toy up and down the hallway but we make sure that nothing breakable is in the way. We are also lucky enough to have a field close by with a long lead to let them run around and play fetch with them.

About: WARNING! You’re animal will be spoiled! My home is located just 15 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and is convenient to both 95, 495 and Philadelphia pike. In a rush? I can pick up your pup up for a small fee I am Marissa! I have been around all types of dogs my entire life, from Yorkies to Rottweilers! I am extremely attentive and your pets safety is my top priority. I am well versed in handling strong, powerful animals. I have a fur angel, Luna, who we just lost in September 👼 So I am going through withdrawal 😞 I can’t wait to get to meet and love on your animals and give them all sorts of lovings! I have a 13 year old son and a 4 year old daughter who LOVES animals more than I do, which is crazy. But we’ve had pets the whole time he’s been alive! Me, I have had a pet since the time I was 2 and ever since my first dog, Molly, I knew I’d always need a furry child in my life at all times! If I do have to step out, I typically leave the dogs uncrated unless otherwise stated. All dogs are leashed when on a walk and going out to use the restroom. From a Husky Owner: Finding the right dog sitter is crucial for a Husky owner. Huskies are known for their high energy, need for consistent training, and strong prey drive. Therefore, Ryan was highly appreciated! He understood that a Leo needed more than a just short walk by automatically volunteering an extended walk tailoring to include vigorous exercise allowing my dog to burn his energy. The ability to manage leash manners and maintain attention, even with distractions, was impressive, as Huskies can be very independent on walks. Ryan asked about Leo’s training leash techniques and reviewed modeling the leash behavior. In addition to physical activity, Ryan showed commitment to mental stimulation for Leo. Puzzle toys and an intense play session kept Leo’s mind occupied, which helped prevent any destructive behaviors that can arise from boredom in Huskies. Training commands were also reinforced consistently, which is important for this breed. There was also excellent communication from Ryan during my time away! Knowing that Leo was well-cared for, happy, and engaged made my trip more relaxing and worry free! I’d highly recommend Ryan as your next dog sitter!
Maya was great with our 2 dogs. She was reliable and on time for every visit. We were away for a long weekend and were very busy. Her check ins and pictures of the dogs she sent showed me they were good and well taken care of. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely ask her again.
