About: Ever since I was little I have had an overwhelming love for all animals. No matter where I go I am constantly pointing out an animal, asking its owner more about them, and stopping to pet them! I have grown up with/had dogs my entire life. I have also been pet sitting for friends and neighbors since I was a teenager. During these years I have cared for many animals with different personalities and needs. My own dogs are definitely quirky and I understand that every dog is different and deserves personalized care. I also provide daily medications for my dogs, so I am very used to following specific routines and comfortable giving pets the extra care they may need. I will always treat your animals with love and patience, while, of course, giving them lots and lots of attention. Animals are family! My daily schedule is flexible because I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree online, while allows me to build my schoolwork around a consistent routine. Being that I have plenty of flexibility throughout my day, this provides ample time for dog walks, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the attention and care they deserve. In every environment, I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort. I really enjoy learning about dogs and am constantly researching their behaviors and body language. I believe understanding how a dog communicates is such an important part in taking care of them. I always take the time to get to know each dog’s unique personality, energy level, and individual cues so I can better understand how they are feeling and make them comfortable around me. My dogs in my own home are truly part of the family and are very spoiled and pampered. I make sure they receive lots of attention, love, and enrichment, and I take their comfort and happiness very seriously. Caring for my own pets, for my whole life, has taught me how important it is to notice the little things and truly understand animals. When caring for pets in other people’s homes, I follow their routines and instructions closely and treat their home and belongings with the same respect I would my own. I am always mindful of keeping any doors and gates secure, providing plenty of supervision and attention, and making sure each pet gets the exercise, interaction, and care they need. My goal is for every pet I take care of to feel just as loved, comfortable, and well cared for as the animals in my own home.

About: I had a passion for dogs my whole life! I regularly take care of my friends or families dogs and cannot wait to meet more! I am active and will do long or short distance walks and I will gladly send pictures and videos of your sweet dogs and don’t mind spending extra time with them for play time! I am off for summer as I’m still a student in college! About: I’ve had dogs all of my life and two cats of my own for a couple years! I’m available for everything from quick check ins to long walks. I’m available for early morning, mid day, and afternoon/evening pet visits. Weekends are flexible but overall i’m very open to working it out to take care of your fur babies. About: Hey everybody! I hope your days, nights, and evenings are going well! My name is Peach, and I absolutely love animals and pets. I have a Mini Australian Shepard, named Calypso, who is a one year old anxiety fluff ball, who I’ve been taking on walks since she was a tiny puppy. I also have a high anxiety and post traumatic dog names Fae Belle, who has trusted me to walk her through the loud streets of our hometown. I would love to meet your wonderful pets, so they are comfortable with a new person walking them. I’m looking for summer jobs before I go off to college where I will be working with animals. However, until then I’m so exited to meet everyone. I’m currently trying to get everyone situated before I go off to college…so I am mostly free and the end on June through the middle of August. I would love to see if I can work around my schedule to accommodate walking before that time and I can do most to any day of the week. I take my dogs for walks or at least out to play at least once a day, so I’m comfortable doing either of those. We have a fenced in yard where they can roam around as well. I also feed them and give them extra snuggles when they need it.

About: Hi, Everyone! My name is Cara. Thank you for visiting my page. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm and summer months off. I am currently a part time Binghamton University graduate student studying for a masters degree in early childhood special education. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away to ease your anxiety. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white pitbull fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away.
