About: Always joking that dogs are superior but in truthfulness love all animals. Experienced with dogs but open to providing care for other pets. Will strictly adhere to owner requests, so long as they are humane. (Furniture ok vs not allowed, food/walking schedule, treats, etc.). There will be no shortage of affection and attention, assuming the pet is receptive. Open to assisting with reactive or challenging pets. Attempting to build a trusting bond is an inherent desire. Work from home so (brief) walks, potty breaks, playtime, etc can be provided through entirety of day. Longer walks before 8am or after 5pm. Available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Live alone so no concerns about other pets or children. Have decent sized yard but do require a leash since there is no fence. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

“Meredith was Great! We had a few days that we had to be away from our home for a Funeral and didn't have anyone to care for our two dogs. We connected with Meredith on Rover, she came over to meet the dogs and we set up her visits while we were gone. She kept us updated and sent pics, spent some time cuddling with them at each visit! Everything we requested was taken care of and she was so sweet and attentive to their needs. We will definitely be calling on Meredith to watch our babies!!”

About: I have always had dogs growing up and I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. I have had plenty of experience from taking care of my own pets and pet sitting for others over the years. I am currently a Senior at Penn State. My classes are mostly in the morning and afternoon but I have long breaks throughout the day to dog walk and check in with pets. I truly care about animals and want to make sure that they are well taken care of and as comfortable as possible. I am also happy to perform any special requirements that your pet needs. About: I've had many dogs my whole life. I love playing with them and watching their personalities come out. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dog when she was on vacation. I am working in a reptile building at a zoo, and I also attend college for animal studies, where I work with many different animals. When I'm at the client's house, I will have the dogs on a leash when going outside unless they have a fenced-in yard and they say I can have them off of it. I can also crate the dogs if need be.

I’m available in the evenings from 2-7. I’m pretty flexible on what I can help out with and I can have a set schedule. I talk to the pet owner. About: I have had a dog since I was 12. I also have taken care of neighbors and family members dogs for them. Puppies are always fun, but the older ones are always looking for love. So I work 8am till 5pm. If anyone would need me to look after their pets from 6am till 7:30am I could do that. And any time after 5pm I could care for your pets on the days I am available. So I do not have a fenced in yard. But my Boxer and Frenchton have learned to walk on a leash. My Boxer loves going for walks and chasing any toy that we throw! The Frenchton likes to stay cool and play indoors, with the cats we have.

About: I am a teacher just looking for some fun pooch time while earning a few extra bucks. I live an active lifestyle of my own, and put that into the work I do. I have worked with dogs at doggie day cares for about 8 years now, and have plenty of amazing experiences with dogs of all shapes and sizes. From playing to snuggling to training, I’ve done so much with dogs. I also have 3 dogs of my own. Two are beagles and one is an Australian cattle dog mix. They all are rescues! I am looking forward to doing business with you. I am a teacher so my summer time is wide open for dog walking! I love the outdoors so will make sure to take as much time as possible outside as your dog wants. I am always diligent to care for your pet as you would care for them. About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. Family and friends always relied on me to take care of their pets while they were away. I’m a cat and dog person. Currently I work part time at a nursing home as a caregiver. I’m available in the late afternoons most days. Most weekends I’m available late morning and early afternoons. I have a underground fence, harnesses, and seatbelts as well as a hammock for in the car. I keep close eye on them. Never leave them out of sight

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog under my care is HAPPY and SAFE. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm a huge dog lover, so making pups as happy as I can, just comes second nature for me! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having! I’m hoping to make Rover a full-time career! Although I'm unable to watch your pups at my home, I'll make sure they're safe at yours! I make sure I understand the pups needs, routine, and any specific care instructions provided by you, the owner. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, ensuring their environment is safe and clean, exercising them, and administering medications or treatments if required.

About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!

About: I’m a dog groomer and I have been certified in pet cpr through the grooming trainer center! I’ve been doing this for two years and have a golden retriever of my own, she just turned five. I’m working full time but can come after I’m done and before I go in! I have off every other Saturday, sundays and mondays. Very flexible! When I take your dog out I will always have it on a leash, I will always make sure it has water and whatever else you need me to do!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. I have my degree in Veterinary Technician. I have a little bit of dog training experience. I have trained hunting dogs along side of my husband. I promise to care and love your little one as if they were my own. I will always be there with them. I will make sure they are safe. I am free Friday nights, Saturday and Sundays. I do work Monday - Friday. I have a very flexible work schedule. I do work for family. I can do drop offs Monday mornings on my way to work. I can do pick up Fridays when I’m off. I work from home and I live on 10 acres of lovely mountain property. I do not have a fenced yard. I do have 2 outdoor 12X10 kennels set up. I would never let a dog go out potty without me on a leash. I spend about 30 minutes outside with my own dogs every 1.5 hours. I am outside most of the day unless it’s extremely hot or cold. I am with the animals 24/7. If your dogs likes to be outside I can put them in the kennels for extra outside time. If they like to be inside I can leave them inside while I take other dogs pee. I have a Furbo camera installed so I can view them at all times. Must be good with cats.
