About: My full time job allows for flexibility during the work day and allows me to work anywhere with wifi. I can often be in the home caring for your animals or taking them out more often than a traditional sitter who works a 9-5. About: I’ve grown up with and had dogs for most of my life, and have taken care of cats for the last ten years. I currently have three cats (Ollie, Nell, and Poppy). I took vet assisting classes when I was younger and also have experience working with larger farm animals. I currently work remote full-time from 7:00AM to 3:00PM, but I have the flexibility to bring my laptop with me if extended animal care is needed. I do also go to school part-time in Charlotte, Monday through Thursday. In my home, I have an unfenced backyard I can use for walking and I also have a large dog crate. Because I have cats, I do require that any dog(s) be friendly with cats. If doing an overnight stay at my house, it would also need to be on the weekend (Friday through Sunday) where I would be home all day. In a client’s home, I always follow whatever guidelines are put in place by the owner so the animal(s) can stay in their usual routine with as little disruption as possible.
