About: I’ve taken care of animals and dog sat since I was in high school. Family and friends have relied on me to walk, dog sit in their home or mine. I had two 12 yr old chocolate labs of my own, both recently have passed away due to health reasons & old age. I miss them terribly and thought having a chance to love on other fur babies would be nice. I promise your fur babies will be cared for and loved on as I would my own while you are away. Frequent updates and pictures can be sent to put your mind at ease while having to be away from your fur babies. I currently do not work, so I have pretty open and flexible schedule available. I am able to spend my days loving on your sweet pups and taking them out to play in the backyard, going on walks or dropping in and letting your pets enjoy their own environment. Your pets will be in a safe and secure home while in my care. I have a home with a huge private fenced in backyard where your pets can run and play. I have tons of pet toys for them to choose from. They will have access to the entire home while I am home with them. The only time they would be contained to a certain area would be if I needed to step out for a few quick errands, and then I would request they are crate trained or I have an are of my home blocked off with a doggie gate to ensure they are safe while home alone.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. I was the kid that played with the neighborhood dogs and adopted strays. Most recently, I have an empty home, but that's mostly because I am still grieving my two sweet ones. Mr. Brodi was a 9 pound terrier mix and passed in December of 2020 quite suddenly at the age of 16. C.T. was a domestic short hair cat who passed in July of 2024 at the age of 21.5. Both were incredibly special, my walls are dedicated to them and I learned so much in our time together. Both also had medical issues towards the end and required both capsule and liquid oral medication due to cancer and heart issues (Mr. B) and kidney disease (C.T.). I am attentive, loving, patient, kind, and comfortable with all animals. I am comfortable with medication administration and special needs as well. I am currently taking a break from the corporate world. Currently, I am totally open during the day and am looking for a way to break the monotonous routine I have fallen into. Finding people that trust me with their littlest friends seems like the best option for fulfillment and activity. I am open to instruction. I am the person who left a two sheeter for my parents when I left my littles with them, so I get it. The desire to have their routine stable with a friendly and truly caring face is such a leap, and as someone who only trusted family with mine, I want to ensure that my clients feel completely at ease knowing I am caring for their family members.

About: I am a long time pet owner and lover. I spent time as a trainer, and still offer basic training for my clients pups as mental stimulation can go a long way in keeping your pup calm and happy. I am happy to take detailed instructions as I myself can be very particular about the care my two pups receive. When caring for pets I am highly attentive and caring. You will never see me complacent in their care, in fact I’m always looking for ways to improve their quality of life even further. I always use Rover cards, sand in ALWAYS take videos in addition to pictures, so that you can see your how your furbaby is doing in “action” vs still shots. I do require meet and greets for first time clients. Daycare and boarding stays are required to be dog friendly and will be required to meet my two pups in a neutral location before booking is confirmed. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and not be carrying fleas. Any and all behavioral issues must be disclosed prior to booking. This allows us both to determine if my care and environment is the best fit for your pet. This is all I do, so I can make my own schedule, and make it work for your! I have two pups off my own, so I do like to keep some time to be with them a well. I only accept one boarding at a time, this way I can really focus on giving your pup the best vacation ever :) I live in Raeford, NC With a good sized yard that is visible from multiple angles from my kitchen and living room. I also gladly accept the fact that they wrestle indoors, in fact I love watching and listening to their antics.
