John was very understanding about my dog's accidents and learned Griff's potty needs. John even bought Griff a halloween neck scarf and let him greet trick-or-treaters, something my dog truly enjoys doing with me. John treated Griff like he was his own and created a home away from home. I trusted John with precious cargo, and he took great care. Will definitely request his help again!”
