About: I've been an animal lover and a pet owner for many years - started with my cat Sophie, then fourteen years with my Yorkie, "Little Squishy Guy", through all the puppy antics, vet runs, and lazy couch days...until he passed last summer. Now I dog sit for friends and neighbors: walks, treats, cuddles. Yours gets that same warm care. I can only host dogs under 40 lbs. I'm retired and mostly home, so I'm flexible - your pet can get walks, feeds, or playtime whenever you need. I'm here most days, so no rushed schedules or surprises - your dog gets steady attention. Mornings are good for walks or breakfast, afternoons for play or rest, evenings for quiet time. Late drop-off? Early pickup? No problem. I'm not leaving. I live with in an apartment on the 2nd floor with lots of areas to walk. I love the idea of dog sitting before getting one for myself! I am usually available weekends besides a few due to traveling. Can’t wait to hangout with your furry fam members:) We love dogs & cats! We are super easy going and active, we love walking on our trail near our apartment. I’ll be home more frequently so can hangout with your pet pretty much all day. We live in an apartment on 6th floor but can get to the ground easily and we live next to a walking trail that is great for your pets! We are very active so love to play and walk.

About: A dog lover for as long as I can remember, I currently own one young pup after recently losing my two senior girls. I know how daunting it can be to imagine leaving your beloved animal with anyone other than you. The anxiety and stress that comes with making sure your dog is safe and cared for while you’re not able to is no joke, and I take the honor very seriously. I volunteered at the humane society as a canine coach for over 5 years and assisted with dogs of all breeds, sizes, temperament, and need. I am experienced in senior dogs, and giving medication if needed. My oldest girl was a diabetic and I adhered strictly to her schedule and dosages. I will respect all of the directions and wishes of care for your furry friend as if they were my own. Dogs know dog people, and dogs are my people! I am an entrepreneur at heart. I own 2 small businesses, one of which is my sourdough bakery I run out of my home, but I am single with no children and big goals so I thought I’d merge my love of animals with the possibility to make some extra money. I work mostly from home, with only my regular weekly dog walks which don’t last longer than 3 hours so I am always able to get home every few hours. I am a true homebody and enjoy spending my free time relaxing at home with my dogs. If I am watching the animals in my home, I have several areas in my home that can be separated if need be. My puppy is put in a gated area whenever I am not home. Depending on the care instructions for your pet, I have various crates, gated areas, or if they are able to be out free while I’m away they will be (as long as everyone gets along and they aren’t damaging my property). I have a small fenced yard for quick potty breaks and a quiet safe neighborhood we walk daily. If your animal is staying in your home, I will follow the directions specific to care in your home as you tell me.
