About: In my lifetime I have been surrounded by animals since birth. Chickens, cows, goats, horses, dogs, cats, and sheep. I’ve always had a strong love for animals. I’ve worked in a vet clinic helping my mom as a vet tech. I have done grooming, daycare, and I’ve dabbled in dog training as well. Over my time dog sitting, I have taken care of puppies and senior care dogs. I currently work for a lady dog sitting. I don’t get a whole lot of jobs. So I have a lot of free time for other dog sitting jobs. I take my dogs to the dog park as often as I can! They mostly get to go on the weekends. I definitely prefer to take care of animals in my own home just because I do have a group of my own animals but I understand pets being more comfortable in their own homes.

“Jessica was quick to respond to my request for a dog walker. She was great at communicating with me about when she would arrive to get our dog. She sent pics from each walk and let me know how it went. My dog and I were very pleased with her service!”

“Julia was great with my dog Roscoe. Took him on trails around Whitefish where he got lots of exercise. Julia was a great communicator and easy to work with. I would highly recommend using her.”

About: I have taken care of many different animals of all ages, sizes, and breeds for over 12 years. Over the years, I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, chickens, and ducks. I adore all animals and love taking care of them in the comfort of their own homes. I am happy to administer medications, give the animals as much exercise as they need, and follow their feeding and sleep schedules. I work from home, so I am around to provide love, care, play, exercise, and potty breaks throughout the day when needed. I have many consistent breaks from work throughout the day to hang out with the animals! I am very flexible in my care of pets and will adhere to your specific routines and needs for your pet(s). I am very affectionate toward animals especially if that is what they need to thrive in their environment while their parents are away! I also understand if certain animals require a more hands-off approach and like to just do their own thing while I am around. I take dogs on walks 2x a day (unless other needs are stated and agreed upon) and play with them throughout the day as I work from home. Creating a comfortable environment for your animals is super important to me!

About: Our pets are family and deserve the best care possible. I am animal lover of all sorts! I’ve taken care of a variety of different breeds and sizes. Thank you for checking out my profile! I am currently a CNA and a caretaker during the week and free on weekends. I am available for drop in visits or overnight stays over the weekend. I am also available during the week but my schedule is a little unpredictable. Typically I will establish a schedule with the owners and the pets. I prefer the owner to leave a written list of introductions for the pets.

“Ayla was great. Our dog got sick one day so we had to reschedule for one of the walks. She was very helpful and flexible with rescheduling. She communicated well with us and was very professional. I would definitely recommend her.”

About: Studied for a year with Animal Behavorial College. Lived on a small ranch in Whitefish, loving and caring for, horses, dogs, cats, bunnies, sheep and cows. I am recently retired from 22 years at Montana Coffee Traders. Current schedule is wide open and look forward to caring for your special friends. I can be versatile. I can care for your pets in your home or mine. I have a good-sized fenced backyard and two dogs that love company. I live close to the dog park for off leash free running fun or put them on a leash and let them experience the sights and smells of downtown.

About: I have always grown up having pets around and am currently the pet mom to my beautiful boy Sulley (a 4 year old Australian shepherd) and Toulouse (an 3 year old) . We are always out and about, going on hikes and walks around Whitefish and would love to be able to add a few doggie (or kitty) friends to our daily routine. We also don’t mind sitting on the couch and being a bum. I know how important it is for you to feel safe leaving your animal with someone and I hope to be that person for you and your pets. I work PRN at Logan Health Behavioral Health so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m able to give lots of attention and time with each pet I watch. Leaving your pet can be scary so knowing someone is attentive to their needs is important. I want to make sure I keep your animals routine as normal as possible so I always love to hear the basics of what makes your animal happy/their need to the tiny details that only a pet parent knows.

About: For years I have been a neighborhood contact for all kinds of dogs and their related care. I have experience dog sitting puppies, who had very specific training instructions as well as dog sitting a senior dog with aggression issues. I pride myself on reacting to the signs a dog is showing in terms of what they want and need! I’m currently working four days a week, 6-8 hours a day. Other than that I am happy to build my schedule around your pet! I love to go on walks, runs, hikes, bikes etc on my own time and I would love to have a furry companion join me. I am thorough in asking questions before spending time in a clients home in order to understand how my time there will best make the pupper and you the most comfortable. I respect your space as your own and understand that I am just there to help!

About: I’ve sat many different types of dogs, from those who require round the clock attention - to those are content to chill. Happy to take care of larger or smaller pups! I am ready to work with the client. Through communication we can successfully find a time for re occurring visits, or just one that works for everybody. Depending on the type of dog I usually just adapt to what feels right when walking or visiting. Treats help, and walks are great for getting familiar with eachother.

About: I loved and cared for animals my whole life! I’m here to love on, walk, feed, and anything else you need me to do for your for babies while you’re away! With my schedule only being part time currently, I have nothing but extra time to love on animals! So while you need to play on your weekends, I am here to love your babies! My home has a fenced yard with the doggie door for your pup to play with mine! But, I am here to do what you need me to do! If you need leash walks, done! If you’re baby isnt great with other dogs, no problem! But if your dog is great off leash, then we will have the best time exploring. You set the rules, I’ll follow.

Leah G.
“Leah is the best pet caregiver we've had. Lulu and Peaches adored her. She sent us pictures while we were away of them on walks, playing, or at the dog park. We will definitely ask Leah to watch them next time we go away and can't bring the girls.”

David R.
“David is reliable and responsible. But he’s also very kind and that translates into someone I would trust my own dogs with 1000%. David is the kind of person you want spending time with your animals, because you know he’s going to treat them right. I would recommend David to anyone, and I already have to some of my own River clients.”

Stacie B.
“Stacie has watched our dog on many occasions and he’s always calm and very well loved when we get him back. She’s a great dog mom herself so we always feel comfortable knowing our pooch is going to get the same care that her own gets.”
