About: Lifetime of experience, including dogs with behavioral challenges and special needs. I've volunteered at local shelters, and I've fostered rescue dogs in need. I have quite a bit of experience with dogs of every background! I am currently a college student and taking some time off of work to focus on my studies and would like to make some extra cash to help pay my loans/carry some weight at my family's house. My family has quite some land, and although not fenced, I am very active and always run with my own dog on a leash. I do 30 minutes to an hour walk twice a day. Potty breaks are very consistent.

From small Shih Tzu’s and Yorkies to larger Hunting Dogs, Huskys, and even rambunctious Labs! I’m flexible with care guides and times because I understand all Dogs (AND cats!) have different needs. I was a cross country runner in high school so if your dog needs exercised, I’ll have them tuckered out! I am willing to walk your dog, drop by and play, and even give baths if needed. I left my 3 dogs at home while away for a long weekend and Kieran was sure to send pictures and videos every single time they went outside or played, or anything! It was great. More importantly, one of my senior pups was terminally ill. I made Kieran aware of her condition and asked to be gentler with her. My second to last day of my trip, Kieran called and because marlee had started displaying alarming symptoms. After calling me, Marlee was rushed to the ER while I rushed back home. I cannot thank Kieran enough for taking my baby into his arms and living her on her final days. And I can’t thank Kieran enough for making sure I had time to get to my baby before she crossed the bridge.”

About: Hi! My name is Amber. I am a teacher-turned-author looking to serve your every doggy need. Growing up, I thought I wanted to be a Vet. I spent every Saturday volunteering at the Ross Country Humane Society from ages 10-18 and was part of the Humane Society of the United States Advisory Board. I have spent thousands of hours with animals in shelters/rescues. After much prayer and consideration, God led me to writing instead of Veterinary work. I have experience in pet and house sitting, boarding, and walking. I love pets of all ages, breeds, and sizes, but have a particular soft spot for golden retrievers, huskies, and terrier mixes. As an author, I love showing love to animals and find it to be an excellent and comforting mind-break. About: I have always grown up with pets and farm animals and I have great experience with both. I have great references from friends, family, and even people I have met from dog sitting for them. I am also certified for Pet CPR and First Aid. I am currently employed part-time at Hibbett Sports in Jackson. Currently, I am going to school for my Bachelor’s in Middle Childhood education. This allows me to have a free schedule for pet sitting. I usually stay with the pets so they get the love and attention that they deserve during my time watching them. I try to send updates on the pets every 1-2 days to help the owners feel more comfortable while they are gone from their fur babies!

“Molly was a dream come true. She was friendly and energetic and made sure my baby didn't even realize I wasn't there. I hired her to stay at my house for the weekend and she was very respectful of my home. The only bad thing would probably be my dog was happy I was home but asking where Molly was and when she'd come back. Pretty sure he didn't even miss me with all the love, attention and spoiling. Will definitely be using her again.”

“Schawna stayed wtih our animals at the house for 5 days. She checked in with us to let them know they were doing well and sent us pictures with them as well. Our flight arrived late so we told her she could leave and the dogs would be okay so we didn’t get to chat with her before she parted, but we came home and were pleasantly surprised to see the house was also very clean, it even looked cleaner than when we left. We would definitely use Schawna again to take care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and home.”

About: I can do anything from home defense training to basic training, having your dog walking calmly on a leash with no pulling and your dog will have no problem with sitting, laying, and staying. My daily and weekly schedules are very flexible. So I am available majority of the time to watch your dog when you need me too. I will love and take care of your pet as my own. Following any routine or rules you may have for and with your dog.

About: I grew up with dogs..German Shepards, Labs, Poodles, Shi Tzu. Over the years I, and now my sons, have been dog sitters for friends for years. Recently our family has expanded with Remington, Remifor short. He’s got a loud bark, but a gentle and very playful soul. Id love get to help you care for and love your pet when your schedule is needing it, and it allows more furry friends for Remi! Scheduling is somewhat flexible. Your baby will have all of the attention and love needed. I have a 1/2 acre yard that has the entire backyard completely fenced in. We have ponds in our community and lots of areas for your baby to run and play. I have no doubt you’ll have great peace of mind in knowing your fur baby is well taken care of. We have a dog of our own. So he goes out at 7am & gets his first walk and feeding of the day. With my fenced in yard he has the freedom to come and go as he wishes when weather permits. He gets a few treats during the day, as we’re always working on his manners and tricks. Around 7pm he gets last feeding and a treat before bed. He’s usually ready to crash about 9pm. I have a fenced in yard, one male dog, and flexible scheduling to accommodate potty breaks and feedings. I also have a large crate available if needed.
