About: As a lifelong dog dad, I have years of experience with my own pets and with others. Being a working author makes home pet sitting is an ideal situation for me. All I need is internet and a place to sit with my laptop. Cuddles from the fur babies always provides inspiration. You can count on responsible care from a guy who has had more life experience than some (a kind way to say older). 🙂 Although I prefer just a few days at a time since I’m married and have my own fur babies, I would consider longer term house sitting for the right situation. I am a working author. This makes my situation flexible and provides my ability to be attentive. I still perform vocals with a jazz band, but that would be blocked off on my schedule as would any book tours. My policy for care of your pets is that you know them best. I hope not to drive you crazy with requests of daily schedule, but routines are important for our fur families. Therefore, I will want to know a typical day and will try to adhere to that as closely as possible. I do not accept pets in my home.

“We recently had Ceshele take care of our two dogs for three nights/ four days while our family was away, and we are very satisfied with the experience. From the moment we met Ceshele, she was on time, tidy, friendly, and polite. Her professionalism and warmth were clear from the start, which made us feel comfortable. During her stay, she kept our home very clean and made sure everything was in order when we returned. Most importantly, our dogs were very well taken care of. They were happy and healthy when we came home, and it was clear that they liked Ceshele very much. Seeing our pets so happy and well-adjusted when we came back showed us that she provided excellent care. We highly recommend Ceshele to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and we will definitely contact her again in the future.”

I’m currently employed part time and also a part time student online. And in between i’m hoping to get a few hours of pet care. I have been taking care of my family dogs for quite some time and have learned several things from it. “Rachel was amazing with our Diggity. He was nervous in a new house with new noises and new surroundings. She was so sweet and patient with him. Gave him lots of walks and attention and sent us pictures and updates. She was wonderful!”

About: I grew up with family dogs and cats. You name it, we’ve had the breed. From chihuahuas, to huskies, to dobermans, to great danes. Therefore extremely comfortable with all sized fur babies. I have experience with all ages, from puppies as we have bred our great danes years ago, twice, to elderly dogs who are blind and/or deaf. etc. I actually have my own pup, she is a husky. Her name is cora and she is definitely a handful but i am blessed my hands are full with a smart, funny yet stubborn puppy haha. I also have cats, lazy fat house cats haha. I was looking for job opportunity that will allow me flexibility, work with fur babies (may or may not like them better then humans haha) and to be a mom to my 10 months old daughter as well, that is why i am pursuing Rover in hopes i can do it all at once. Looking forward to meeting your fur babies soon :) My pets daily care is naturally apart of my daily routine, she is family. Not just an animal. Animals cannot fend for themselves, it is important to me that my animals feel important, instead of a burden. My husky, Cora, is walked every two hours and fed two meals a day and has access to water 24/7. I am flexible to learn other animals schedules and eating times, as every animal is different.

“Tessa was very communicative throughout her day with Yukon. She sent frequent updates and pictures of his progress. She even helped him with learning how to go up and down stairs and suggested chew toy alternatives to help with his puppy chewing craving.”

“Jo was fantastic she kept us updated throughout her stay at our house and we came home to a happy dog and happy home. She took great care of out dog "Cashew" and gave him all the attention any dog could need and the fun pictures she sent kept us feeling good during our trip. I highly recommend using Jo and will be using her services again in the future.”

About: I love all animals, and I really enjoy outdoor activities, so I work well with energetic animals, but I am happy to take care of just about any kind or size of animal. I am off of work from Sunday to Tuesday, so those days typically work best for me to give my full attention to any animals. I am in an apartment, so watching animals at their original home typically works best for me, but I could make watching animals at my apartment work.

“Alicia was perfect for our dog Olsen, a 48 lb Aussiedoodle with lots of energy and separation anxiety. She was on time and very attentive to Olsen’s needs. Kelly T.
“Kelly is absolutely amazing! I was super nervous about finding someone to watch my pets because, honestly, my dog can be a lot. He's got some aggressive tendencies and is slow to trust new people, and my cat isn’t exactly the friendliest either. But from the very first visit, Kelly was calm, patient, and totally unphased. She took the time to let my dog warm up to her on his terms, and now he gets SO excited when he sees her. She’s also great with my cat, who usually hides from everyone, but somehow Kelly managed to win him over too. I don’t know how she does it, but she just has that calm, grounded energy that animals seem to trust. Kelly is super reliable, communicative, and just overall a really kind and trustworthy person. I always get updates when she visits, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. I genuinely feel lucky to have found her. She’s the only person I trust with my two chaos monsters! Highly, highly recommend.”
