Her personality and the home environment my boy Dante was in felt like I was dropping off my boy at Auntie’s place. I got a video or picture at least 2 times a day! “Natalie was absolutely wonderful, and it’s very clear how much love she has for the dogs entrusted in her care. Our normal pet sitter was out of town, and we were nervous to leave our dog, Teddy, with someone new. However, we did a meet and greet beforehand, and Natalie was so reassuring and put our worries at ease. She encouraged me to share any details about Teddy’s normal routine, and very receptive to any questions or concerns I had. During Teddy’s stay, Natalie was a great communicator. She sent many photos and videos and gave us updates everyday. She has a great backyard for the dogs, but also made sure the dogs didn’t get overheated in the summer heat which was a big concern of mine. Natalie also had so many new and fun nylon bones for the dogs which Teddy looooooved! Our Teddy also got along so well with her dog, Oreo. They were inseparable during her stay, and played so much together. Overall Teddy had a great time there! I would 100% recommend Natalie to anyone in need of boarding or doggy daycare, and I intend to use her services again in the future.”
