“Morgan was so amazing with Nala for the week! She updated me throughout the day on how Nala was and was available throughout the day if I had any questions. I can’t recommend her enough for taking such great care of our dog!”

“Isabel is incredibly kind and LOVES dogs! She came to my rescue when I needed an overnight stay for my 2 dogs and I can't recommend her enough. Will definitely have my dogs stay with her again when I am in El Paso!”

“Leo was just amazing! He updated us the whole time our Remi was there. We were totally assured that she was safe and happy. We know that she had a blast there. Thank you, Leo, for being so patient with her. We know how boisterous she is (and we apologize!). Leo's home and the neighborhood was very nice. We will definitely use Leo again next time we come to El Paso. We totally recommend him! Thank you, Leo, from the bottom of our hearts!”

“We had such a good experience with our dog sitter. She took amazing care of our babies, kept us updated, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. You can truly tell she loves what she does. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely rebook with her I would recommend her!”

“Gabriela is phenomenal!! She took amazing care of my Hank while I was out of town. She was gracious to follow hanks care instructions and to accommodate my delayed flight. I will be only booking with Gabriela moving forward and will do so confidently knowing my Hank is in great hands :) thank you so much Gabriela!!”

“So glad we found Keilani! Zander had a great time with her and her fur babies! Excellent place with ample space inside and out. Zander will be back to visit!”

“We can’t say enough great things about Natalie! This was the first time we left our dogs in someone else’s care, and we never once felt uncertain about her. She came by ahead of time to meet them, and we knew right away she was the perfect fit. She’s loving, kind, and incredibly personable with our dogs. Throughout our time away, she sent daily photos and videos that reassured us our dogs were happy and well cared for. We’ll absolutely be using her again!”

“Kris & Bruce were fantastic with our boys (2yr old Australian Shepherd and 4mo old Husky). They kept our babies for a long weekend, and we already have our next weekend scheduled. ☺️”

“I had to board my dad's dog and it was a bit of an unusual situation. They were amazing at accommodating and keeping me informed of what was going on. I really appreciate everything they did for me and Gypsy. Definitely made me feel more comfortable having to leave her. Would recommend if you need to leave your babies with anyone”

“What great people! They were exceptional people to leave our dog and cat with. They took such great care of them and I could tell our pets missed them when I brought them when I brought them back home. They kept me up to date on how they were doing and even took my dog on a trip with them so he could get all the exercise he wanted! Definitely recommend and would use them again.”

“Madison and her family were great while caring for my two corgis while I was gone. I know they loved all the extra attention they were getting and I will definitely use her again in the future.”

“I felt so safe leaving my pup with Vanessa. She was so kind upon meeting and updated me with messages and photos of his stay. When I came to pick him up he was smiling ear to ear. Thanks again for taking such good care of my sweet boy!”

“Such a blessing to have come across Leo's profile. I couldn't be happier to have used his services. Our dogs trusted in him right away, and they enjoyed having his and his wife's undivided attention! Thank you so very much for your flexibility and constant updates. The pictures and videos were so appreciated. You truly put my mind and heart at ease. Racer and Rex know good people and will definitely be visiting again soon. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being so amazing and welcoming!”

“Kathryn is the BEST! My top choice for Mesa each time I leave town. Her yard is glorious and has a pool the dogs love during summer months. Mesa is an energizer bunny and LOVES to play with her two cuties, too! Not to mention ample walks with the option to safely go off leash, if desired, in addition to the huge back yard. Kathryn is an excellent communicator, incredibly reliable, and instinctively natural with the dogs. Mesa always comes home happy and there is nothing like the security of having someone you trust care for your dog while you’re away! :)”

About: I am an Army spouse wanting to help other military members with watching their fur babies. The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
