During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. We are thrilled to have found Penny and Even and the bonus is that they live about 4 minutes from our house! We have already booked the next daycare appointment!”

About: We are a homeschooling family of five. After losing our first dog last year, we finally adopted again. Our pup is very social and although she has plenty of attention at home, she would love to have fur friends to play with. We are available most days of the week and are out of the house not more than 1-2 hours at a time. We have three children between the ages of five and eleven who all love dogs and are very gentle with them. We’d love to play, walk, or just hang out. Whether we’re playing or schooling, your pup will have company. We understand that your pets are family members and we’ll treat them as such at our house. About: My own pets are my entire heart, I know how stressful it can be searching for someone to love your baby while you’re busy! I would like to add my pets DO stay with my family full time when I am with yours! I ensure that I will treat your pet with the best care of my ability, striving to make them as comfortable as my own. I have previous experience working in a vet, as well as experience in a doggy daycare holding a roll as a behavioral trainer. I have no bigger passion than the one I hold for animals, and I truly feel lucky to be able to work with them. I am currently pursuing pet services as a complete source of employment, so I can be with your pets full time!! I love to spend time hiking, at the beach, or snuggled up with my own animals(or yours!) watching a good movie. Pet care IS my schedule.I can come for visits at ANY time! If I am scheduled for house sitting, I will be with your fur babies full time!! *Note, if I am scheduled for a check in or walk while I am house sitting for you, would be gone 5 hours or less. I WOULD be with your pet the entire night! I hope to leave your home better than when I arrive, as I hold great respect for people allowing me into their spaces and trusting me with their furry family. I am more than happy to take them on adventures or keep them snuggled up in the house. I do currently work Monday thru Friday 8-4 with quite a bit of flexibility. I have made my service area smaller so that I can stay close to my job and be able to tend to the needs of coming home on lunch, going in late, leaving early, or anything that I can do to make it work with your babies! I try to make sure to follow the routine they are used to so everyone feels as comfy as possible. I always require a meet before the time of me coming over so you get a good understanding of me as a person and I have no confusion on the best ways to take care of your babies.

I have also provided dog and cat sitting services for friends and family. Working from home allows me to incorporate pet care smoothly into my daily routine. About: I have had dogs our entire life! I treat our own dogs like our children! I am experienced with senior care ! I live on a Walking Trail which is convenient for me and your fur baby. I have 2 small dogs who will keep your dog company I will be at home 24/7…. I am also home on the weekends. So your baby will never be left alone and unattended! Your pet will be the priority! I live on a Walking Trail , so I can take your dogs for walks daily. I can administer meds if needed. I can ensure you that your dog will be # 1 priority, because honestly I treat our dogs like Kings !

About: Edit: since beginning on Rover over a year ago, I have made many long-term clients and repeat customers that I have remained in contact with via other methods. I have kept up to 6 dogs at a time. My love for animals began at 8 years old with my two aquatic dwarf frogs named Rocky and Elvis and my hamster, Josie. In college, I fostered sick kittens from a local shelter. My first few years of living on my own allowed me to adopt my two cats, Piper and Blue. But it wasn’t until I moved into my first house with a yard that I knew I could provide a loving home for dogs, as well. I love all shapes and sizes, but big dogs have my heart. Currently my parents own an English Lab and a Chow Chow/ German Shepherd mix. Our first dog, Molly, inspired the paw tattoo on my inner wrist. I miss her every day. As for my cats: They have a separate space- but they’ve made friends with many of my repeat clients: Belle, Butters, Nova, Larry, Leroy, Doris, and many more! I am home Sat& Sun & after work (3pm) on Monday-Friday. I have a crate here in case your pup needs one while I am at work. I have a large, fenced in yard that dogs love to run and play fetch in. My home is comfy and dogs are allowed on / in any space in my home (we share furniture in these parts). I am very responsible and have pet sat in others homes multiple times. I have always appreciated the opportunity others have given me to make friends with their pet and care for them like they are my own.

About: I am a lover of animals! As someone who travels as well I know how it can feel to leave your fur babies so it is important that there is communication and love for them while you are gone! My goal is to make you feel secure leaving for a day, a weekend or more and come back seamlessly! I am a teacher of 15 years however am taking a year off a using Rover as my go to! So I am available for early morning visits, mid afternoon and evening. My weekend availability varies due to my own traveling. Good news is summer will be wide open! I have two super friendly and energetic dogs for those interested in dog boarding (I can take up to one dog at a time but unfortunately no cats 🐈).
