About: I’m experienced with all dog sizes & ages. As a former therapy dog handler, I have formal training in managing animals in a variety of settings & circumstances. I am retired and available M-Th, occasional weekends. I’m an early riser, but prefer to be home by 5:30. We can discuss schedules if further flexibility is needed. About: My daughter recently went off to college in another state and I need something to keep me sane. Spending some time with your little ones is just the ticket. I run 3-4 days a week and walk a lot the other days. I have a very friendly and high energy Weimaraner, who loves to play with other dogs and kids. My husband is the best frisbee thrower in the world. I work from home, so frequent attention is not a problem. Excessive barking would need to be managed, but not a deal breaker. I love animals and have a mild allergy to cats so I don't bring them to my home but I can be around them as long as I take my Claritin. I also have a turtle, and have had birds in the past, so extra friends are doable as well. I work from home in a non-call center role. I have ample time for potty breaks and play time. I do like to prioritize exercise in the morning and at lunch so that I get good naps while I work. My office has a huge futon and dog bed that allow for me to be with them all day. My dog is perimeter trained in our yard, but we also have a 50 ft cable for those not able to be outside without wandering. We have easy furniture and our house has been lived in by many dogs and children.

My profession started with Balanced Dog Training, so dogs are a big part of my every day life. 24/7, 365, I love spending any free time I have with my fur babies.
