About: I've been pet sitting for friends and friends-of-friends since I was 22. I am comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages as well as small animals (hamsters, bunnies, birds, etc). I love to spend a little extra time when pet sitting, whether it's just a stop in or overnight, so I can get to know every animal's quirks and personalities! I am completely capable of complex instructions/feeding routines; I just want your fur baby to be happy, healthy, and comfortable! I work at the university so most days I am flexible with my schedule before 9 and after 3, but I am able to pop out for a feeding or walk over lunch as well. Evenings are often completely open and available for overnights - my cat has an auto feeder in the case I do need to stay elsewhere overnight so I am able to do that if you'd like! I am happy to follow any instructions no matter how particular or complex! Every pet has their own quirks about how they like/need to be taken care of :) I am also sure to carefully introduce myself with each encounter as I know I am a new face (with cats especially) and will follow your pet's lead on how much they are interested in engaging. Overall, I'm just trying to be sure all the animals are comfortable while someone new is taking care of them!

“Mary was the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! She sent us updates daily, let us know how the pups were doing (even when one had some anxiety), walked them like a boss, and informed us when there was trouble in the neighborhood. She treated our pups like they were her own and we were incredibley impressed. Mary is awesome and we will for sure turn to her for future dog sitting.”

About: With 11 years of experience caring for various animals, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to pet care. I spent two years working as a veterinary technician in a clinic, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of animal health. I personally care for my own 11-year-old Morkie, and my love for animals is evident in every interaction. Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in international business and marketing at LSU, with one year remaining. My passion for animals drives me to treat every pet with the same care and affection I give my own. I currently work as a waitress at a restaurant but I only work nights from around 4pm till around 9pm 5-6 days a week. So when I’m not at work all my free time will be on your pet and I don’t work long hours so when I do work they won’t be home alone for long. I will care for them just like I care for my own. Your dog or cat will be allowed to sleep with me and also be allowed on all furniture if you allow it. I will always walk them on a leash and will do everything you ask of me while your dog or cat is in my care

About: As a high school student, I volunteered at the local human society as a part of my high school credit. When I was an adult, I was able to adopt my first dog, Blue 🩵. I had her for 7 years and she passed from a terminal illness. I currently care for my partner’s elder dog, Koa and red foot tortoise, Ruby. I have experienced with puppies and elders. If you dog needs As a PhD student at LSU, my summer schedule is flexible and open for pet care. Because most days are spent in front of a computer screen thinking, writing, and theorizing, spending time with your pets is the best way for me to decompress. My current routine includes going to the gym and watching too many dystopian shows to starve off the impending doom. So watching your pet will allow me to break up my current routine. I am a photographer, so don’t be surprised if you receive a few pro-level portraits of your pet along the way from time to time. My parents taught me always to leave a place better than I found it. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and familiar as possible. I understand that every pet and every parent has their own rhythm and preferences. I aim to honor that by being a supportive, trustworthy presence in your pet’s environment.

“Of course! Here's a glowing review you could use: --- Missy is absolutely incredible! We have trusted her to care for our two dogs, Squirt and Bubbles, many times, and each experience has been amazing. She treats them like her own, giving them endless love, attention, and care. It's such a relief knowing they are in such capable and compassionate hands whenever we are away. “ Hello my name is Edward S. To tell you a little bit about Jessica it would be hard to fit in 25 words. She is an amazing human being loves nature loves people and loves animals she doesn't judge she has a heart of gold . She puts others first she will go without to make sure her family has everything they need. She's very well-educated and modest but I think she would be a great fit for taking care of people's pets . She's a very special person and I believe whoever would get her as a pet sitter or pat walker, or pet care taker would be a very lucky person . ”
