“Amanda and her family treated our Daisy girl so well and sent us lots of sweet updates and pictures. We were so pleased with the care she gave us and will definitely use her again. Highly recommend!”
About: We have taken care of dogs most of our life. We’ve also became experts with senior dog care since ours has reached that stage. One is a diabetic so we understand the importance of medicine and a schedule. If your dog requires extra care, just let us know and we’ll make sure their given everything they need. Currently, we can offer service whenever you need it. We’ll be home all day to make sure your doggie gets all the attention they need to make their time away from you less stressful. We have a fenced in backyard to keep your fur baby safe, along with three other dogs to keep them company. If needed, we do have a crate that your dog can utilize while here.
“Karen and Delbert is wonderful with our boys! They are very well cared for and loved while in their care. Karen is great to send pics and daily updates. Highly reccommend!”

“This was the first time using Rover and leaving our pup. After a meet n greet with Molli and her daughter, we were able to get our questions answered. We noticed Molli's calm tone and temperament which helped ease our minds. We liked that Molli only watched one pet at a time and would allow Ozzy to sleep on the furniture. We knew her daughter was excited to help out which meant even more attention and playtime for our sweet Ozzy. There were lots of photos and messages sent keeping us updated throughout the week. Everything about this process went smoothly. We will absolutely use Molli again!!”

About: Hello! My name is Brooke and I have a precious English Springer Spaniel and had a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a big dog lover and take my dog everywhere she can go with me! We love to hike, go biking, chase squirrels and the next door neighbors dog! I love spending time with animals, period, whether it’s playing with them or just taking them on a much needed walk! I also have house sat/pet sat for various families over the years and am extremely flexible with whatever families need. I have house sat/puppy sat from just a couple nights to several months at a time. I offer services of walking, in-home visits, over-night stays and quite frankly am flexible with any other situations that may come up! Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I currently work full time and even though I love puppies, would prefer to watch dogs that have a well established routine and can be ok for sometime alone before I can come and walk them and play with them. This is part of my personal routine with my own puppy. At this time I do not have a fenced in yard at my own home, so talking my dog for a long walk on the trails near my house is a must! For families where I am watching not only their animal but their home, I like to work within their animals normal routine so as not to add any more stress to the owners or the animal.
“Emma was AMAZING! Our shy dog took to her and her daughter right away. We needed a last minute booking and she was great at being flexible. She gave him lots of cuddles and reassurance. We would definitely book again if in the area. Thank you for taking so good care of Finley.”

“Ashlyn and her pets were fantastic with my sometimes-reactive dog. She listened to my cautious instructions and made sure my dog had a warm start-up to his week-long stay. Thank you!! Will be returning in the future :).”

About: Combining my years of pet experience with my current flexibility as a stay-at-home wife allows me to provide an incredibly attentive, safe, and loving environment for your dog. As a stay-at-home wife, my schedule is incredibly flexible, so pet care fits perfectly into my daily life. Since I manage our household from home, I don't have a rigid 9-to-5 commute. This means your pet becomes a natural part of my day. I structure my routine around their needs—whether that’s morning walks, mid-day playtime in the yard, or just having them keep me company while I’m taking care of things around the house. They are rarely left alone and get consistent attention throughout the day I treat every furry friend exactly like my own They have full access to our main living spaces, plenty of comfortable spots to lounge, and they are never left unattended for long periods. I stick closely to whatever feeding, medication, and bathroom schedule they are used to at home so their routine stays completely normal. You can trust they are good hands.

About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a couple big trees for shade while pets are playing outdoors and a covered back porch for relaxing.

“Our dog was so spoiled with Daria, I was unsure if she was going to want to come home! Daria has amazing communication, sent tons of photos and videos of our girl being spoiled and she was super understanding of our dogs needs. Daria is definitely our go-to dog sitter!”

About: My financee, Garrett, and I have cared for the wellbeing of several types of dogs since we were children. We live together, but it will primarily be me who is home with the dogs and if you need help in your home, it will always be me you will speak too. We have two fur babies together and would love to help you care for yours! I work 3 minutes from home and can usually return with in a few hours on days when I have to go to the office, which is fairly rare. I do work a 9-5, but I work hybrid remote. I have a fully privacy fenced in back yard. I let my own dogs out every 3-5 hours for the bathroom, as they are grown and do not need let out much, but I am able to accomodate any bathroom schedule necessary. I am able to keep a meds and feeding schedule as well as an exercise schedule easily with my job flexabilty. Our dogs sleep with us and eat twice a day. We keep a clean, happy home and love to let our dogs out back to run and play often! In the evenings, my fiancee and I can walk your dog or dogs with our own babies as we have multiple leashes with dual or multi-capacity.
“Olivia was the perfect person for my senior dog! She knew I was nervous about leaving him and she sent pictures every day of our trip! He did so well and I will definitely be using her again!”

I can do in-house sitting. Doggy day care at my place or do on-site visits as per requirements. I always take dogs out on leash whether it’s walk or my backyard. Also, I have camera in living room to make sure pet is safe.
About: Walking, bathing, and hanging out with dogs is some of my favorite downtime activities. Growing up with a dog I learned all the necessary skills to watch over a dog. I even volunteered at the humane society in both the dog and cat area for four years! I am currently a teacher so I work from 7-4pm Monday through Friday, but if you need someone to walk your dog at night or house sit for the weekend or even a week night, I am your person! My husband also works from home so if you’re boarding during the week day he is also here to help out if needed. Whatever you need me to do is what I will follow. I will come to your place as my animals do not take well to strangers. But rest assured I will take great care of your animal, in whatever capacity you need. At our home we two cats that do well with other dogs but tend to ignore them, and one dog who LOVES other dogs so no worries there.
“Our sweet poodle is a most excellent judge of character, and he immediately went with Megan and enjoyed his evening with her. She even allowed us to pick him up late after a concert on a weeknight. We were very pleased and would definitely use her again.”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have been caring for dogs since I was young. I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors with feeding, walking, playtime, and check-ins, and I understand how much trust goes into leaving your pet with someone else. I’m especially comfortable with young and energetic dogs and enjoy working on basic training using patience and positive reinforcement. I currently train my own young dog and have experience teaching commands like sit, stay, lay down, shake, and middle. I’ll treat your pet like my own and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you’re away. I’m currently a student with classes from 8 AM–12 PM, so I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I have flexibility for drop-ins, walks, and playtime after class, and I’m available for boarding on weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and provide plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I live in a safe, pet-friendly apartment where pets can be comfortable and supervised during their stay. I’m also happy to provide care in your home for pets who are more comfortable in their own environment. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my apartment or visiting your home, I’ll follow their normal routines, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications, and playtime. I’ll treat your pet, home, and belongings with care and respect while making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved.
“Stefanie took great care of Bonnie, my small dog, while I was recovering from surgery. Bonnie came home happy and healthy. Throughout the stay, Stefanie sent me updates and pictures. I will always use Stefanie as my dog sitter!”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
