About: My family and I raised my first dog from a puppy. All the dogs (and cats) who followed were rescues. Most were seniors that we cared for till they passed away. I’ve also owned parakeets, and taught them to talk! Our current lifestyle makes it difficult to have pets of our own, and we miss them! If you’re looking for someone to love on your pup, kitty, or bird, I’d love to help out. I’m happy to feed your pets, walk your dogs, or stay with pets in your home while you’re away. As an owner of pets for many years, I enjoy their company; and, many times, pets are drawn to me.

About: My number one pet care skill is dog walking. In current life I have now, my family recently adopted an eleven month lab mix puppy who I have been helping to house train and potty train her. I live near a park with a track around it, so it makes it easy to walk her. My other skill would be getting dogs to like and trust me. Ever since I was four, I have had at least two dogs, which has trained me to give dogs a lot of pettings, talk to them, and play with them. Other specialties I have are feeding, watering, bathing, and brushing a dog. Overall, I have had five dogs, in my life time since I was four, including a Jack Russel, Terrier mix, Pyrenees Poodle, Feist, and a Lab mix. Parting outside of dogs, I have experience with caring for rabbits, birds and fowl (chicken, duck, geese, guinea), and a stray cat. Hi, I am a third year college student. Dog sitting is my side gig behind my studies, which making my hours limited. I am available after 12 pm on Sundays, after 1:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, before 5pm on Fridays, and available after 3pm on Saturdays. The number one way I will care for your pet at your home is by being attentive. I'll make sure that they are not doing anything they should not be doing. I will also ensure they have plenty of time outside for potty breaks, walks, and exercise. Furthermore I will keep an eye that they are fed properly, have plenty of water, and loved and cared for. Lastly, I'll make certain to clean whatever mess your pet may make and guarantee that your pet is happy and content.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 12 . 5 years at spca as a teen, emergency vet office at 18, rehab of many critters. I have always had many pets exotic and domesticated. I now have a small Savannah cat breeding program, 11 chickens, 3 dogs , and a goat . I want to start this business to get out of hospitality. My husband is retired. We bought our dream home. This is something that fits my personality and my life. I work part time. The goal is to make this my full time job. I want to change my career into pet care . I am super excited I plan on coming to your home . I would make sure they feel loved. Leaving the home clean the way you left it. I want your pets to be excited to see me . About: I have cared for pets since I can remember! I grew up with two sisters who also loved animals and over the course of my life I have loved many small dogs, cats, turtles, fish, a bird, and a rabbit. I also gained a good amount of experience and knowledge on how to take care of pets through my time working at Pet Supplies Plus, where I would often advise customers on what would be most helpful to get their pets feeling good again. In my time here, I also cared for and helped heal many creatures, including cats, fish, cockatiels, ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I love bonding with pets and I find it really fulfilling getting to care for them as I get to know them. I have cared for others pets several times throughout my life- largely neighbors and family. Most recently, I got to pet sit while traveling and house sat for two lovely homes in Scotland. I care a lot about making sure that spaces are maintained and I am happy to do any household chores that may arise. I’m currently in university and may need to adjust for my classes, but I can be free after 1 on Wednesday, before 4 on Thursday, and any time Friday-Sunday and Tuesday. I know the best trails to take your pup around in the WNC area and if they have a preferred place to walk, I always love exploring more! I believe in fitting myself into the natural routine of your furry friend wherever I can. If there's a specific time they like to play, eat, or get walked, I'm more than happy to accommodate! With pets that I'm just meeting, I like to meet them where they want to be met, and if that includes playing fetch all day, I'm happy to do so.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life, I ALWAYS give 110% when taking care of someone’s fur children! Pets are an important part of our lives! I have puppy training experience and love meeting and playing with new puppies! My own dog is diabetic and requires daily injections so I am very comfortable caring for senior and medically complex dogs. Open communication is important to me so we both know what to expect and I love sharing my time with your pets and sending photos so you know how much fun we are having! I have full time availability Monday through Friday and am available on the weekends as needed. I am excited to spend a lot of time throughout the week with pets! My chocolate Labrador retriever Ollie was diabetic. He received 26mL of insulin 2x a day along in the scruff of his neck with his food needing to be watered down due to it being a choking hazard. I would take care of ANY pet like I took care of him. I will stop in to check on your pets, play with them to get their energy out, snuggle with them, and make sure they have everything they need including walks, food, water, treats, play time, and medication.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats and hamsters for a couple of years first was my family dog, then my cat in college and roommate’s hamster I only work 2-3 days out of the week for only 2 hours and I am free weekends. Which gives me enough time to care for your pets and spend time with them. I can also care for smaller pets like fish or hamsters if needed. In my home,which is my dorm, I feed my cat twice a day and make sure his water bowl is always full and clean out his litter box at the beginning of each day. In case of a fire I grab my cat with his emergency bag and I have also helped my roommate get her hamster out during a fire drill. I always make sure to spend time playing with them as well. For clients I make sure to care for their pets as I would want anyone else to care for mine; providing the food as asked by the client and cleaning after the pet as asked which includes cleaning the litter box or going for walks and playing with the pets.

About: I am a college student at WCU! And since I was a little girl I have cared for animals and my heart grows bigger for them each day! I understand it is scary leaving your baby in the hands of someone new but I am more than willing to prove myself that I am the best! I have volunteered at many animal shelters and have walked plenty of dogs (including my teachers) on campus! I am currently working part time, my schedule is very flexible. I can care for pets most mornings and evening, and several mid days a week! Every client is different, I understand you have certain rules for your babies and I am more than willing to listen to them! Need your baby to walk for 40 minutes? Let’s get our walk in! Need the little one in a crate when I leave? More than happy to!

About: I've been taking care of animals from fish to Llamas since I was a young child. Nothing makes me happier than being with animals. I've been taking care of my friends' pets for so long, I figured I'd make help other folks too. I make my own schedule currently, so if we are a good fit, it's no problem to make my schedule work around what you need. I am more than happy to accommodate any specific requests and or needs that you may have. I trust your judgment and know how important it is to respect the wishes of the pet owner. About: I have been dog training for the past 3 years slowly growing my business. I love taking care of animals as it is my passion! I work a few hours during the week but typically my schedule stays pretty open, most of the time I can fit in your needs! I do not have a fenced in yard but I have a nice neighborhood where I can take your dog for plenty of walks and exercise.

For pups that come to day camp or board with us, we start our mornings going for walks, followed by breakfast and a little relaxation time out doors. Then we head out for a hike in the woods to burn off energy and get plenty of time to explore and socialize with the pack. I arrange a meet and greet with the pet and owner to understand the pet's routine, preferences, and any special needs. I am Pet CPR and Safety certifiied and make your pet's safety and security a top priority.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets including cats, dogs, ferrets, snakes, etc for over 10 years now. I love animals dearly and will do anything to make sure they’re happy, healthy, and safe.
