About: I have been rescuing animals since I was a teenager! Dogs have always been what really make me smile. Although I am Nurse for people, I like to think I’m an even better Nurse for doggos! I’ve cared for animals with conditions from mange to heart failure to difficulty with mobility. While your baby is with me, I will treat them like my own! That includes all the snuggles and love they want! Pet care is second nature for me. I love getting to meet new babies! My pups love other animals as well. Between my wife and I, someone is always home. All animals are different and prefer different things. Our house has a fenced in yard so you baby will be able to sniff around and get comfortable with their surroundings without being on a leash.

Growing up, she worked on a farm with her dad, she had chickens during her teenage years, and when she went to college she became a dog mom herself and she has always treated her dog, Bea, like her own child. Nonetheless, she treats any animal with care, she is even known to keep cat food in her car to feed to any stray cats that she sees. In 2020, she rescued a cat that was only 3 weeks old and she still has him now. About: I have grown up with pets my whole life. I have had chickens for about 7 years and 4 dogs for over 15 years. I also have some experience with other animals as well. I grew up with three German shepherds and a crazy hyper Jack Russell. We bred our two german shepherds and kept one puppy from the litter so I do have experience with puppies and the patience to take care of them. The two shepherds I grew up with passed away due to sicknesses so I also have experience taking care of sick dogs and giving them the extra special care they need! I have also taken care of friends pets numerous times. I have always had a love for caring for animals and getting to spend quality time with them. Growing up surrounded by all sorts of pets has given me the skills of patience and how to give the correct care and attention each specific pet needs. I’m currently in school for the medical field and have a pretty full schedule in the mornings during the week. But I have a clear schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and am available in the afternoons during the week. I live in the countryside with many acres of open land so I have plenty of space your pets can roam around, play, and not have to worry about keeping them on a leash when they are being watched. If my client is not comfortable with letting them go without a leash I also have an extremely large fenced in area that small dogs to large dogs cannot get out of. I do have a Jack Russell who is old so I keep other animals away from her to make sure she is safe and not at risk of being hurt since she is older. I also have a German shepherd and she is all love and cuddles and enjoys play time with other dogs and would love another furry friend to play with!

About: Aside from taking care of my own cats and dogs for the past 10 years now, I’ve also thoroughly enjoyed looking after my sister’s puppy, who is 4 months old! I’m patient, adjustable to each pet’s personality, and I love bonding with animals- they’re smart, lovable, and loyal if you treat them with kindness. That’s what we all need in life, right? :-) Pet care fits into my daily routine 24/7, 365 days a year! Because of this, I’m available any day of the week, any time. :-) I know when an animal is feeling a certain emotion and how to approach them as well as care for them. I’ve found that animals are way more intuitive than what we give them credit for! I would love to reassure you of my attentiveness to your pet’s needs by giving them time to adjust to me (which allows them to trust me on their timing), and of course giving them pets and comforting words.

“Madison took care of both of our dogs while we were staying at Claytor Lake State Park. She came over twice during the day and even did a meet and greet the night before. She loves dogs and took great care of our Penny and Lucy. We would definitely use her again and would recommend her to anybody. One of our dogs is human-shy and she warmed up right away to Madison!”
