About: Animals have been a part of my life since I can remember. I have taken that passion and built a plentiful career with a plethora of experience that allows your pet to have a safe and enjoyable experience. I currently own 5 cats but I have grown up with dogs all my life, including a beloved family pet with aggressive tendencies. Animals are not just pets, they are family, and no one understands that more than me. Here is some of my experience: - professional experience taking care of exotic animals especially reptiles and amphibians - worked a year in the veterinary field - Current pet store employee who handled pet nutrition and care I currently work full time, but that does not inhibit my ability to give my full attention to your pets when they are in my care. I have to care for my at home menagerie daily and have no issues juggling multiple duties. I can only board small mammals and reptiles/amphibians. I have room to bring in reptile and small animal cages. I have the ability to separate from my 3 cats if necessary. All 3 of my cats have been raised with Rabbits.
About: I’ve worn many hats/ done many sats as the eldest daughter of four. I’ve babysat, dogsat, housesat, goatsat, fishsat, chickensat… you name it! i typically work three days a week as a nurse working 12 hour days- meaning every day i’m not working i’m usually in bed at home heheh I take care of the pets like i do my dachshund Paisley. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have had both dogs and cats since I was a young child. Growing up with pets taught me the importance of providing consistent care, patience, and love. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities for friends, family, and neighbors. My responsibilities have included feeding, refreshing water, administering oral medications when needed, taking dogs on walks, cleaning litter boxes, picking up after pets, playing with them, providing companionship, and making sure they stick to their normal routines so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. A few months ago, my boyfriend and I found an 8-year-old dog who was a stray in the woods. He lives with my boyfriend so you won’t have to worry about your pet in case they do not do well with other dogs. Welcoming him into our lives has been an incredibly rewarding experience and has taught me even more about earning a dog’s trust, being patient, and understanding that every pet has unique needs and a different personality. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, so I’ll provide dependable care, plenty of attention, and regular updates so you can have peace of mind. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I work full-time, but I’m off all day on Mondays and Tuesdays, which gives me plenty of time for walks, playtime, and one-on-one attention. I’m also available after 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get their walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I keep the home clean by cleaning up after pets and making sure food and water areas stay tidy. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing. I follow all care instructions carefully and respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home.
About: I’ve taken in dogs that didn’t have a home to go to and we’re facing being put down. I was housing 5 large dogs at one point, found great homes for all of them. I own two dogs myself at Home. I’m a solo business owner for a small business, I’m able to set my own schedule meaning nothing will get in the way of me providing proper care for customers pets. I house sit cats a handful of times each year, mainly when people go on vacation and need somebody to stop by and feed and clean litter. I own two dogs at home now and care for them everyday.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
