About: I love animals and I love exercise, so here I am combining the two. I’m excited to try something new and also help out within my community by providing a healthy and heartwarming service I work Mon through Fri 7A-330P in construction. Some weeks I will have OT and will have to reschedule/ adjust my schedule here but other than that I’m pretty flexible. I prefer waking up early to being out late- but can and will accommodate. My pets are spoiled rotten. Constant truck rides and walks, and you can always find a ball or toy that belongs to the girls(dogs). And endless twig sticks and cardboard boxes inside with some windows equipped with bird feeders for the boys(cats). The girls have all day everyday access to fenced backyard and climate controlled garage included with the best neighbors and then to the comfy couch at night. The boys indulge in a cool environment while not moving much from one spot of the couch. Extras include opened curtain scenic views along with nature noises from the tv.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and started helping with their care at age 10. Though the last 12 years have truly deepened my experience and love for animal care. Currently, I share my home with four cats and a German Shepherd/Husky puppy! Over the years, I’ve had the honor of caring for pets with special needs, both my own and those of friends and loved ones. My puppy and I have completed two 6-week training courses with Canine Initiative – and yes, we still practice those skills daily (with varying levels of success depending on how many squirrels we’ve seen that day). One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my border collie, Nina, after a serious injury. She needed help walking with a harness, regular cleaning, medications, vet visits, and lots of love. After 2.5 months of dedicated care, she was back on her feet, and we were lucky to share two more wonderful years together. I also cared for her through a late-in-life diabetes diagnosis, which included daily insulin and increased mobility support. I’ve administered medications to dogs including insulin, ear drops, and oral meds, and I’m especially mindful about keeping pets calm and comfortable during care routines. I’m always happy to learn your exact process — whether through an in-person tutorial or a video — to keep your dog’s stress to a minimum. I’m open to caring for dogs with medical or physical needs, with the understanding that for mobility support using a harness, I’m most experienced with dogs 45 lbs. or less. That said, I’m absolutely comfortable walking and caring for dogs over 50 lbs. as long as they are well-mannered on a leash. While I may not be the strongest person physically, I’m confident with larger dogs who don’t pull or lunge too much. If your pup is a gentle giant, we’ll get along just fine on walks! My youngest (age 12) and I work great together playing and giving positive attention to dogs. She has attended most of the dog training classes with me and shown an interest in attending more. If you would prefer myself only, I completely understand! Should your animal need urgent care and I am able to take them to the vet, we are very familiar and close with Morton Animal Hospital and Banfield Pet Hospital. I cannot recommend them enough! If more assistance is needed than the general care/dog walking, I will adjust the rate and will be happy to discuss this with you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions! I am currently off for the summer and will have various appointments and activities to do with my children and animals. I am able to adjust my schedule at this time but will let you know if I have anything scheduled during the days needed. I understand sometimes extra or unexpected trips are needed to check on your pet. At this time, I am off for the summer and am able to provide care throughout the day for my own pets. Depending on your dogs activity level, I would prefer to care for your dog at your home due to my dogs young and energetic puppy self, as well as my four indoor cats. Should it work out with bringing your dog to my home and remaining outside with me, I do live on a busy street in town and do experience unsafe, fast driving cars at times (Idlewood). With that said, our yard is completely fenced in, though our back and front fence is 5 ft. in height. Larger, escape artist dogs may have the ability to hop the fence and if that is a concern, I would rather not risk bringing your dog to my home.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and attention I give every dog like they’re my own. I have experience caring for puppies, high-energy breeds, and senior dogs who need a little extra patience and support. Whether it’s training a new pup or giving meds to an older dog, I make sure each pet gets personalized, safe, and loving care. My home is a calm, dog-friendly space, and I’m all about keeping tails wagging and owners worry-free! Ive grown up with pets and they were a big part of my daily life. Feeding, walking, grooming, and just spending time with them were all built into my routine. It taught me responsibility from a young age, and I really enjoyed the companionship. I definitely look forward to having pets again in the future when the timing is right. "When I cared for pets at home growing up—and when helping friends or neighbors—I always made sure their basic needs were met first: feeding, fresh water, regular potty breaks, and exercise. I paid close attention to their routines and any specific instructions, especially when helping in someone else's home. I understand how important it is to keep pets comfortable, safe, and loved, whether that’s sticking to their walk schedule, administering medication if needed, or just giving them plenty of playtime and affection. Cleanliness and communication are also big priorities for me when caring for pets in someone else's space.

“Susan is a treasure! She has an enormous amout of love and caring that you can see when you meet her. My Frida had 2 walks with her last Saturday. There were a few accidents when Susan came the first time. God love her she cleaned everything up and fed Frida then went for their walk. She cares so deeply for our dogs that in my heart I know that mine is safe and loved when they are together. Thank you again Susan for your help and your little surprise. Definately will be calling her again!”

“Michelle and Caleb have been fantastic. My dogs really enjoy their walks with them! We’re so glad to have found them!”

“Love Tori! She is great with Lexie and is always reliable. She is our first choice for our fur babies.”

About: I have always taken care of my families pets. When I was 5 I rescued a small kitten. It needed a lot of care and attention. I bottle fed her and made sure she got all her medications. When I turned 19 I was able to get my first dog. He is a high energy bundle of fluff and love. He injured his leg. I made sure that he received extra care and attention so that he could get back to chasing off those dangerous squirrels again. 😅. I believe pets are an important part of anyone's family, and I love seeing them happy. I am pretty open as far as my schedule goes. Looking to make this a career. Message me and we can set up a time. I will work with you. I am open for a long term arrangement. I can make sure your pet spends time outside. We will go for a walk. I can make sure they have plenty of food and water, as well as any medication they need. I can also give them a bath if you would like. I want to make sure they have a fulfilling playful experience.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and reptiles. I am a former vet assistant who want to continue working with animals as I have so much love to give. I am currently working full time but I live with multiple people who are willing to help me with boarding. I don’t work all day so I would love to take your pet for walk! I also can do drop ins on my days off which I have 3 days off a week. I also have a partner who is in this with me who loves animals as much. I do have a 8-6 job four days a week for anyone wanting house sitting. I also am able to board reptiles or do house visits for them also. I offer more items like nail trims, baths and anal glands for a low price! I have a privacy fenced in yard with some running space. We have a pool but dogs do not have a way into it. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. The house stays clean and we are neat freaks and we have an up and downstairs in case of wether safety. I have practiced. Weather safety with my animals and continue to due so. My animals have ever shot you can think of and they are on flea and tick prevention and heartgard.

“You won't find another person that loves dogs more. Paige will care for your animal like it is her own. She has a rescue dog that has bonded with her in a transformation that was incredible to watch. This dog was scared of everything and now wags her tail with joy. She will have your dog doing the same.”

Debra C.
“I've known Debra for many years and would trust her completely with my dogs' care. I know they would be loved and well cared for. Dogs have always been central to her family and she is my go-to for doggie advice. True and responsible dog lover!”

Robin B.
“I've known Robin for over a year. In that time I have had the oppertunity to watch Robin care for her own animals. She has two cats & a dog. She has done a remarkable job taking care of her fur babbies. They want for nothing. She makes sure they are clean, healthy & happy. Robin has to give her dog Kiba allergy pills twice a day. She never misses & he gets them at the same time every day, religiously. Not only that, Robin has her dog convinced he is getting a special treat. Her dog gets walks twice a day. Her cats have tall cat condos & plenty of vertical space to call their own. I have a service dog & I am extreamly over protective. Due to my illness I am not always able to give 100% care I feel my Bandit deserves. Robin has helped take care of him several times & at least twice while I was in the hospital for over4 days (one stay-10 days) I can't afford to send Robin to train as a second handler. She was willing to listen & practice my commands, hand signals, routines, & maintenance. It was because of her willingness to work so hard that when I needed help I was able to count on Robin to help take care of Bandit. Robin was able to bring Bandit to me when I was in the hospital. They weren't thilled to have him there so Robin would take him home with her after our visit. (I was generaly half out of it any way.) She maintained his training, knowing any dog can pick up bad habits from other dogs. She kept him with the family & away from the other dogs as much as possible. She also took him with her when she went out shopping etc. I Would definately reccomend Robin for any job where she was working with animals.”

Kelcey M.
“Kelcey is a past employee (Mt Hawley Animal Clinic). She was a very capable employee with great work ethics. If we had an opening she would be rehired for any position in clinic.”
