About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I have had and cared for dogs since I was 5 years old. I just recently lost my elderly dog that I took care of for many years and through the end of his life. I have lived with up to 5 dogs in the house and can handle the chaos of multiple dogs and the high energy of puppies. I have lived in Chicago for the past 3 years and am familiar with the local dog parks. I am currently a fourth year medical student at Rush and am interviewing for residency currently. Now, I work remotely and spend my time with my 4 cats :) My specialty and preference is in cat care and senior dogs. However, I will consider all booking requests. I am better suited to more relaxed pets. **Important** - I currently work a full time job from home and can be flexible with scheduling. I will work from your home if booked for house sitting, so it is required I have a reliable internet connection! - At this time I require m&gs for all house sitting services before bookings, to ensure our expectations meet and to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. For long term house sitting, I highly reccomend a trial run of 1 day of daycare or a drop in visit. I work from home full time so I am available during the workday when most people are away! I love being able to hangout with new friends during my work week. Safety is and always has been my top priority. I am proudly fear free certified and have worked on extensive safety training measures in all of my professional working environments.

She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! I can't recommend her highly enough, except I'll be sad if she ever ends up booked when I need her. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.”
