About: I’ve always had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve watched friends’ pets in the past to help them out. I’ve boarded and walked on multiple occasions. I work during the day M-F. During the summer my two very responsible 19 and 20 year olds are home to help out and play with the animals as well. I’m looking at this as a learning opportunity in responsibility for them. I have a small yard and live in a nice neighborhood that is good for walking. I have a dog named Westley who is 3 1/2 and a cat, Daisy, that is 6. Both have been around both dogs and cats. Daisy generally will hide if she’s scared. Westley loves to play.

About: I have been able to take care of animals (dogs and cats) since age 5 as I had pets throughout my whole life. I have also briefly owned horses building the skillset of hygiene care for larger animals. I absolutely love dogs. I have had experience with small dogs all the way up to English Mastiff and Ridgeback sizes. I have been a helpful pet sitter for many family members and some friends. “Let me tell you. Nick came in clutch and was a lifesaver. Our previous sitter cancelled with 36 hours to spare and I was PANICKING. I messaged him half awake and he responded almost immediately. I have a not very social, insulin dependent diabetic baby so, Nick had a mini challenge in front of him accepting. He came over the next evening for a meet and greet and run through on such short notice and everything. Luckily, Xavier the cat (and his 2 brothers) mostly cooperated, but Nick was ready to squeeze under the bed and in the closet to get trouble his insulin. He provided updates and pictures at every check in! Could not recommend him enough and if we ever go anywhere again, will definitely be reaching back out.”

About: Over the last 18 yrs of volunteering with animal shelters (Currently City of Buffalo Animal Shelter) as well as looking after friends pets I've built up a really good understanding of how to look after a variety of animals, including Dogs , Cats , Horses ( and even a pet Snake once) I've had experience of walking and exercising animals or been able to pop in to make sure they're OK and playing , feeding, cleaning their litter or entertaining them if that's all that was needed. To me every baby is different and it requires a different approach. Some animals are more affectionate and need more attention . Some don't and just need to make sure they have food and fresh water. That's fine by me. Whatever their & your need/requirements are I can work around them. After all they're your babys . I'm just lucky to lend a hand. I work from home so I will do my best to work around your preferences. Happy to check in early morning or in the afternoon if thats better. I currently only have a small space but hoping to move to a bigger space in the new year. Will be looking to offer a safe private space for longer term stays then.

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

Most importantly, I make sure each pup feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away, because they deserve nothing less. My goal is simple: to keep tails wagging and pet parents worry-free! I currently work a hybrid schedule (9–5) with three days in the office (Monday–Wednesday) and two days at home (Thursday–Friday), but my in-office days are flexible! On office days, I’m available for walks before and after work, as well as overnight boarding from 5:30 PM to 8 AM the next morning. When I’m working from home, I can offer walks throughout the day or full-day boarding. Weekends are completely open — I’m available Saturdays and Sundays for walks, drop-ins, or dog sitting at either my home or yours. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. Whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine, I make sure they have a calm, secure, and loving environment. I take the time to learn their routines, favorite spots, and any special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for. Walks are always done on leash, with plenty of water and breaks, and I never leave pets unattended outdoors. I also keep things tidy and make sure your home looks just as you left it. You can count on regular updates, photos, and lots of happy tails while you’re away!

About: I grew up around and with dogs and absolutely adore them. From chihuahua’s to rottweilers I love them all! I was bit as a child so do have some fear when it comes to reactive dogs and would rather not sit for them. While my expertise is cats the more dogs I’ve sat the more comfortable I am. So not only am I helping you but you’re helping me :) My boyfriend and I both work 9-5 most days but can always stop by for checkins on our breaks. We sit together and work around our schedules to make time for the pets we care for. We have multiple cats as well as fish, frogs, and a lizard. We know how important routines are and do our best to keep your pet in their routine. We ask that your Rover profile is updated with all the information needed to care for your pet up to your standard. Some examples would be feeding and bathroom routines.
About: I have had a number of small pets over the years, including, the two rescue cats I currently share with my partner. I have also had small dogs and taken care of family member’s large and other types of dogs. I love all animals and can’t wait to meet yours! I work virtually and make my own schedule so I can make pet care fit all throughout the day depending on their needs! I can be very flexible. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve watched friends’ pets in the past to help them out. I’ve boarded and walked on multiple occasions. I work during the day M-F. During the summer my two very responsible 19 and 20 year olds are home to help out and play with the animals as well. I’m looking at this as a learning opportunity in responsibility for them. I have a small yard and live in a nice neighborhood that is good for walking. I have a dog named Westley who is 3 1/2 and a cat, Daisy, that is 6. Both have been around both dogs and cats.
