About: I have one of my own, a redbone coonhound as well as a cat and two parakeets . I house sit for friends with a small farm as well. I also frequently have my friends over with their dogs. I have house sat for multiple people with many types of pets (Parrots, horses, chinchillas,chickens,dogs,cats,bunnies.) i have cared for up to 15 pets at a time (Dogs and cats together). I am glad to spend lots of time loving your pet and caring for them. I also always carry my own poo bags on a walk (you never know when someone will need them! About: I’ve taken care or both cats and dogs for 14 years since I was 5. I’ve learned pets body language over the years and know just want they need . I have free time during the week to stay with your pets for a few hours and over the weekends I have can stay overnight to look after them. I will stay where I can see them when I am over and if they need their space I will allow them that but they are always monitored and if they go silent I will check on them constantly.

About: Dog owner since 1970. My property has TWO fenced in yards, one in front, and one in back, with a gate in between if needed. Dogs love me and I love them. ❤️ I have an older service dog as well, and am able to help train a dog if needed. I'm semi-retired, so it's rare that your dog would be left alone at all, but if you're dog enjoys being left alone, that's always an option as well. Communication is the key.... feeding times, special needs, etc. I have everything needed to pet sit. My property has TWO fenced in yards, one in front and one in back with a gate in between. My home has whole house ac and vinyl flooring. I have 3 dogs to keep your dog company, or those two seperate fenced yards if requested or needed. I also have crates for dogs that enjoy that den feeling.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
