About: I have taken care of and owned domestic and exotic animals most of my life. Friends and family always go to me when it comes to watching their pets. I am making pet care my full time career. I will be available anytime time for feedings, walks, bathroom breaks, or even boarding animals. Anything your pet needs, I can make happen. I have a fenced in yard and doggy doors so pups can go in and out as they please. I have two of my own dogs too. (A golden and a corgi) They are extremely friendly and get along with any animal they have ever met. I have two cats and a ferret as well. They all play together and get along. They are also all fixed. If it is preferred that your pet stays away from certain pets I have, my home is big enough to accommodate any separation needs.

“Everything went very smoothly with Victoria taking care of our 14 year old dog and 4 year old cat. The request was made just days before we had to leave town for a family situation. Victoria was prompt responding to my initial request. She arrived promptly for a meet and greet, our dog loved her and our cat actually came out of hiding the second day and hung out with her! Victoria immediately put our minds to rest about using a new pet sitter so last minute. She kept us updated on how the kids were doing while we were away and left our house looking perfect when we arrived home. We will definitely contact her when we travel again.”

About: Responsible, dependable, have three large dogs and two cats of my own, enjoy making sure they are taken care of and well loved. My retirement dream is to have a senior dog sanctuary, love to get out and walk. I work in healthcare. Growing up we also had dogs and they went with us everywhere because they were part of the family. My three crazy pups now are rescues from the shelter, it amazes me no wanted them, shelter pups make the best companions. I will make sure to clean up after them and that they have plenty of fresh water after their walks if hired. For longer visits I would prefer my own house as long as everyone gets along I currently work fulltime Monday thru Friday, available on weekends and evenings. Other times can be discussed. If able can do check ins on unscheduled dates if you are running late getting home Provide sanitary clean up, my yard is fenced in, will not leave unattended in the yard, lots of toys to play with in the yard.

About: Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am a 20 year old college student remotely studying Psychology and Criminal Justice. I’ve had dogs and a cat since I was young and was always held accountable to take care of them! I took a Veterinary Science class in High School and dealt with animals on a daily during this course (Bunnies and Puppies.) I have recently owned hamsters and fish as well that were 100% my responsibility. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and have 4 years of paid experience with pet sitting for neighbors. I have a large front and back yard with plenty of room to play. I do have an indoor/outdoor cat but she keeps to herself and is never a bother. I could easily keep her separated from your pet. “Vanessa did house sitting for five nights watching our 13 year old dog who is deaf, partially blind and has pretty bad arthritis. She did an excellent job! The best part is she kept in constant touch with us sending pictures (via text) of our dog in the morning, during the day and just before bed. This gave me great peace of mind since this was the first time she was watching our dog. Also my old dog doesn't normally eat very well when we are away but Vanessa was very successful getting him to eat. I was so impressed. Another surprise....when we came home she had washed the bed sheets and towel she had used and my house looked spotless. My dog had so much energy when we returned and seemed so calm and happy. What more can you ask for?”

About: I’ve never lived a day in my life without having a dog by my side, and I can confidently say that I can’t imagine it any other way. From puppies to our older friends, I love them just like they’re my own. After many years spent with different breeds, sizes, and ages, I am also well versed in pet first aid and common health conditions. I am especially fond of senior dogs and would be honored to care for them. I have recently begun a full time job in Richmond but still petsit often since I truly enjoy it. My schedule best suits check ins with pets in the mornings or evenings. You will never have to worry about how your baby is doing. Because of my own personal (and very anxiety inducing!) experiences with being away from my boy, I am very diligent about keeping pet parents in the loop.
