I’ve worked in the animal field for over six years, including a year at an animal shelter where I cared for cats and dogs of all breeds, ages, and behavior types. I’m currently a veterinary assistant, so I’m confident handling medical needs when it come administering medications and recognizing signs of illness or distress. Whether it’s caring for playful puppies, senior pets with special needs, or nervous rescues, I always focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment tailored to each animal’s personality. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. It’s not just a job, but something I genuinely enjoy. Between working as a veterinary assistant and caring for my own pets, I’m constantly surrounded by animals. About: Always joking that dogs are superior but in truthfulness love all animals. Experienced with dogs but open to providing care for other pets. Will strictly adhere to owner requests, so long as they are humane. (Furniture ok vs not allowed, food/walking schedule, treats, etc.). There will be no shortage of affection and attention, assuming the pet is receptive. Open to assisting with reactive or challenging pets. Attempting to build a trusting bond is an inherent desire. Work from home so (brief) walks, potty breaks, playtime, etc can be provided through entirety of day. Longer walks before 8am or after 5pm. Available 24/7 on weekends and holidays. Live alone so no concerns about other pets or children. Have decent sized yard but do require a leash since there is no fence. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life. I grew up with a German Shorthair Pointer as a family dog, so high energy is nothing new to me. I have senior dog experience that includes medication administration (including oral, topical, and injectables), palliative care, and hospice care. I have worked with dogs that do not have the use of their back legs, and dogs who have to wear diapers and need assistance using the restroom. I am a high school senior with early release. I can be out of school as soon as 11:15 to care for your pet. I do not have a fenced yard. I love to play with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I will walk whatever animal that you need, I am also able to take them on hikes if that is something there is interest in. I often care for farm animals including horses and cows, so I am available to care for them as well.

About: As someone who grew up raising livestock and pursued a career in wildlife biology, I have cared for far more than just dogs and cats. I can take care of just about any critters you might have at your home, including exotics like rabbits, birds, snakes, and farm animals! I have cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels over the years. I have given medication in the form of pills, ointments, and eyedrops. I can also administer subcutaneous injections if needed. I'm allergic to kitties, so I can't stay overnight, but I can feed, water, and scoop litter as needed in houses with cats. I adhere to agricultural biosecurity practices, so if you need farm animals tended I know how to prevent the spread of disease. Currently, I have no other scheduling conflicts besides other pet sitting clients. I am currently available all days of the week and can check animals during typical working hours on weekdays. I am not able to host pets in my house, but I am committed to making your pets feel happy and comfortable in their own home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 14; I’ve trained and cared for my golden as well as the four cats in my household. I’ve also started taking on strays! I work full time over the week and I am more than capable making any stops from work or even filling up my weekends taking care of your pet. I am very flexible with instructions if need be. I’ll take care of your dogs or cats with care and diligence. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a wonderful neighborhood that I can walk your pet in.

About: Let’s start this off with the obvious, we don’t deserve pets. No matter how much we love them they will always love us more, we are their whole life and they are such a big part of ours. This is exactly why I wanted to become a pet sitter, to care after the beautiful four legged angels that care for us so much. I have a very consistent schedule which helps me be able to plan ahead of time easily to care for your fur babies. I work M-F 8AM-4pm. Monday and Friday I work from home. Tuesday - Thursday I am in the office. It's very important to me to keep all your animals safe and make sure they feel loved. I always trying to build trust and bond with your animal through their favorite activities and treats. If you have an specific safety needs I will listen to them very intently and follow through to keep your fur baby safe and comfortable. I currently care for my sweet senior dog, Diamond, a Maltese-Yorkie mix, so I understand the special attention older pets need. I also have experience caring for a blind dog. About: I have spent lots of time with a family dog and have been a sitter for several breeds over the years, often through friends and family. I am always over the moon to meet and spoil (to the owners comfort) a new furry freind! I am currently a graduate student which allows me the flexibility to schedule quality walks and play time with your pups! I typically work from home 50% of the work week, so getting out for a walk in between computational work is a win win! As a dog walker I will make sure your pup has a positive high quality walking experience. If I am sitting, I will ensure all fur babies get the level attention and care they need to feel safe and happy.

About: Experience veterinary technician willing to lend a helping hand. I do work full time 4 days a week and have a family but I am willing to help out if you need to be away for a little time, have medical problems that require extra care or you are worried about giving them or can't medicate them. As of now I can only do drop in services and come to your house. I am Willing to walk, play, medicate, etc. Just ask me and I will do what I can. I have more flexibility on weekends than weekdays. I have my own dogs, cats, birds, and even a pet rat so I am comfortable with almost all creatures. I am no groomer but I am able to do most grooming for an extra fee if needed. I work 4 long days as a vet tech so I have 3 days in a row off to be able to take care of your pet I can provide needed care just as you would. Also for an added fee I can do most grooming needed for those who can't get into a groomer these days

About: I grew up in a family of large dogs and have owned two French Bulldogs. I'm opening up my services to meet more amazing dogs and love on them as much as I do my own. I love senior dogs and those with special needs and happy to attend to their every special circumstances. I carry fresh water at all times and make sure our pups stay hydrated and happy. Personally I'm very healthy and fit and happy to exercise with your dog if that's their thing or just take it easy and enjoy the joy of being outside together. I've read Cesar Milan's book on dog psychology and have implemented his method of primal walks and pack leadership. 💛🫶 I'm a freelance creative writer and designer and I work from home. I spend most of my time gardening or working in our orchard, doing yoga, meditating, writing, cooking and reading. I feed my dog fresh premium food and wash the bowls after every meal. I generally avoid people giving out treats to my dog, children and dog parks to keep things safe and consistent. I care for the barn cat and birds. First and foremost I read through all instructions you provide for your pup and make a notecard listing out all details. I reference my notes often to ensure I'm aligned. If staying in my home, your pup will appreciate the same treatment I give my own pup, loads of love, walks and attention. Right now I'm only accepting dogs for overnight that I've developed a strong relationship with. But I have an extra kennel and they can sleep on the bed if you allow it.

About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. I have grown up around dogs, cats, horses, and other farm animals. I have my degree in Veterinary Technician. I have a little bit of dog training experience. I have trained hunting dogs along side of my husband. I promise to care and love your little one as if they were my own. I will always be there with them. I will make sure they are safe. I am free Friday nights, Saturday and Sundays. I do work Monday - Friday. I have a very flexible work schedule. I do work for family. I can do drop offs Monday mornings on my way to work. I can do pick up Fridays when I’m off. I work from home and I live on 10 acres of lovely mountain property. I do not have a fenced yard. I do have 2 outdoor 12X10 kennels set up. I would never let a dog go out potty without me on a leash. I spend about 30 minutes outside with my own dogs every 1.5 hours. I am outside most of the day unless it’s extremely hot or cold. I am with the animals 24/7. If your dogs likes to be outside I can put them in the kennels for extra outside time. If they like to be inside I can leave them inside while I take other dogs pee. I have a Furbo camera installed so I can view them at all times. Must be good with cats.
