I’ve also worked at a pet grooming shop where I met huge amount of dogs with different personalities. I cherished those moments even though it wasn’t easy. It taught me patience and to cherish impactful moments. This is my dream side job to take if fur babies in the most loving and safest way possible. I am currently on summer break, which gives me a very flexible schedule and open availability throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. This allows me to provide your fur babies with consistent attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I have a large fenced yard and plenty of space for pets to safely roam, play, and get exercise throughout the day. About: I have loved animals my whole life. I wanted to be a vet growing up but I couldn't do it because of the sadness of them being sick, so I settled on being a teacher instead. I have consistently had dogs for the last 10 years. My oldest dog has been through 3 training classes and has his good citizens certificate. I currently have 4 dogs and each of them were puppies when I adopted them. I have animal sat for many friends and family throughout the last 15 years. I am a teacher and my daily schedule is 8:30-4:15. I would be able to care for your animal before school and after school and any time later at night. During the summer and any break from the Polk County Schools calendar I am available all day long. I have 4 dogs already, so I am more than happy to come and care for your pets in your home. I know my dogs are more comfortable to be in their own home than a new environment. I will speak with you beforehand and find out what makes your animals most comfortable while you are gone (e.g. music on, tv on, special toys, lights left on or off) I also have no problem bringing in your mail, trash cans, or watering your plants while you are gone. I will send pictures so you know your animals are happy and well while you are gone. I will care for your animals as if they were my own!

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, since I was a very young child, it ranges from cats dogs hamsters to even reptiles. All growing up I have always had dogs large and small and moving out of my parents house. I also got a cat of my own and have raised two animals by myself living out of my parents home for over 11 years now. I currently have an open schedule, I'm looking to go to school here in the spring time; but as of now I have a open schedule. As approaching your home, I will assess the environment and the fur baby when I get there and calmly assure the animal that I'm there to help and to love for them as their humans do.

About: I’ve been surrounded by furry friends since I was young. I’m trusted by friends and family to take care of their pets while they travel or figure out life changes. I’m diligent about brushing, cleaning and snuggling-whatever your pup needs, I’m on it! I currently work full time from 9AM-5PM on a four day schedule. In the early morning’s and evenings I am available for walks, play time, training reinforcement, as well as clean up and any additional help needed while you’re away. During the weekends- I’m available all day Saturday-Mondays for walks and plenty of enrichment time! I have a highly energetic dog to keep your pet company! If your pet does not do well with other animals, I am happy to accommodate as needed. With plenty of parks and hikes in the area, I can assure you we’ll take plenty of walks. I will crate your pet if needed for their own safety.

About: I have owned both dogs and cats my entire life from 10lbs to 100+. I have no formal training but have yet to meet a dog I wasn't able to leash train with no pulling or jumping within a few sessions. I am confident and not easily intimidated with large or loud dogs which makes establishing a bond and rapport easier and quicker. Giving medication or any special needs are not an issue. My dog is my Queen so I understand special requests and also not an issue. I will go the extra mile whatever that entails, including walking an entire mile if that’s what your baby needs. Willing to come early or later if it looks like bad weather so your loved one gets the exercise they need. I prefer to meet more challenging dogs before committing to ensure I am the perfect fit. Always available to answer any questions or concerns and love to send photos so you know your pet is getting the attention they need. I recently quit my job to start my own small business which has been a success but find myself with a lot of extra time. I will have a consistent, reliable weekday schedule with varying availability on weekends. I am not able to board or sit pets in my home as it is not large enough but can easily do it in yours. My dog Mya and cat Narcissa are both treated like queens in every sense of the word and will treat yours as if they were mine. During walks I will always have plenty of cool water on hand and pay extra attention to over heating and hot pavement. I walk for as long as your dog wants or needs to during the scheduled visit time. I am not opposed to special requests like medication administration or even simple bathing for additional fee. I will always be available to communicate with, will report any issues that need attention, and send as many photos of our time together as you wish.

About: Working in veterinary medicine, I can understand basic animal needs and care. I have been taking care of animals for over 10 years. I will treat your babies like they are my own I work two jobs, both in opposite directions, so to be able to housesit. And given a good amount of time to request days off to give your baby my full attention I prefer housesitting over boarding at my personal home, it’s easier for me, and I feel like the pets would prefer their own home over anyone elses

About: I have cared for many pets my whole life! I’ve taken in feral litters of cats and helped raise them until they were able to be adopted, I have cats, and help with the care of 4 dogs of varying sizes. I have had cats and all types of dogs growing up! I love making sure furry family feels loved, and gets taken care of. I am just starting out, however Rover is my full time job. I use this platform so I can still care for my little brother on the weekends. Some people have help with Rover, but I am working solo so please be patient with me. I have a fenced in portion of the yard just for our dogs to run around as they please, they have set meal times and have constant access to love and snuggles! My cats also get all the love and playtime they want.

About: Ive been taking care of pets longer than i can remember. Neighbors and or my own families when they leave or go out of town. I am very gentle and loving when it comes to animals, they will always get all of their needs met! Im currently in online school so that means that its on my terms when getting work done so with that i will always have the time for the animals! I have a little backyard but i am able to take them to parks or walk around with them around the neighborhood. There is one dog that lives with me and her name is Lola she is a super sweet small dog that gets along with animals.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little, I even started washing dogs for my neighbors when I was 13. I have been around dogs since I was little and just got a cat. I love animals and meeting new types of dogs and cats! I work part time during the day but I have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends. I have very good time management and I am able to work around my schedule. I take in to account what the environment is when I care for pets such as if there is fenced yard or near a busy road.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. From puppy all the way up to old age. I love them and I treat them as if part of my family. We go for walks daily. We go to the park and play a few times a week. And When I had My St. Bernard she used to love when I would take her swimming at the beach!! I work from home so your loved one WILL NOT be without attention!! I will be able to pet and love on them throughout the day as well as let them out to go potty regularly! We also will go for daily walks after work and to the park if time allows. I have a small yard with a tie out for pottying during the day. But after work we can go out and run or walk until they are tired out.
