About: I've taken care of all sorts of dogs since I was a teenager! I am comfortable with Reactive, Aggressive and Nervous dogs. I have Three of my own nervous/reactive dogs! I've dog sat for family and friends along with having 4 of my own dogs! I've worked at a doggie daycare and have experience with particular routines that our pets have. I understand that dogs are our family and I will treat your pet just like they're my own! I am also experienced with large high energy dogs and Working dogs! I am currently working part time as my mom's cleaning business and I am Active in dog related activities. I do a lot with my own pups! I treat all dogs in my care as if they're my own! I use positive methods in handling dogs because they deserve the best and kindest care! I have puppy sat all sorts of dogs from huge Great Danes, high energy Malinois and adorable little Yorkies.

About: Ever since the family cat had kittens when I was four years old, I have been drawn to the care of animals. Honoring the lives of pets as our friends has been a source of inspiration and therapy for myself personally. As a working artist, taking the time to care for animals has been such a privilege and the perfect change of pace while I continue to work on creative projects. I have a German Shepherd that I keep separated from the work I do with other animals. I am located at a small farmhouse in Augusta that has a huge yard with two a-joining fields. There is more than enough room to explore the surround with your pet. I am also an avid walker so exercise is big for me generally.

About: I have worked in the veterinary field for about 3 years. I went to school and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant. I am also Pet CPR Certifed. I have my own pet/house sitting business and offer feline grooming! I work full time but am able to pet sit every night, on weekends and do checks on pets during the day, sometimes multiple times a day. I am a teacher and mornings are not generally an option but I’m free in the afternoons and evenings and on the weekends, can be flexible! About: As a lifelong dog owner, I know the importance of feeling confidence in your pet’s care while you are away – for the day or for weeks. I grew up with German Shepards, Labrador Retrievers, Weimaraners, and of course your traditional mutts. I’m comfortable with medium and large breeds with varying degrees of energy and structure needs. In adulthood I’ve dedicated myself to seniors and pups with special needs. My current pack is all neutered males - Riley (12), Vinnie (17), Gilroy (4, Cerebellar Aplasia), and Louie (4, Blind). Everyone in the pack is dog friendly and more importantly I know them well and how to navigate introducing new members. Pack management is a critical and advantageous skill I live in a single family detached home with a large fenced in yard. The dogs are allowed on the furniture. I have extra crates, cots, dog beds, and toys. With a traditional cape style, I can also keep pack members separate if needed, especially at mealtime to keep everyone safe. My home and I have been approved by three different reputable rescues in the last 3 years. I have established relationships with not only my local vet, Dirigo, but also specialists at Maine Veterinary Medical Center. I have experience with high needs behavioral and physical pups. Though I do not think taking in an aggressive dog into the pack for sitting is a good idea, I am comfortable and understand dogs with anxiety that might need some extra time or care. I have experience with dogs paralyzed in the back end, cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly), cerebellar aplasia (no balance), hydrocephalus, blindness, senior needs, puppy needs and training. In the last year my pack has included three more pups (may two rest in peace, and one continue to live his best life with his forever mom) and so I open my home to boarding knowing that my current boys are already okay with new members. If you have any questions please reach out! I work from home five days a week. I work from home full-time and can navigate my schedule most days by the needs of the pack. Without a doubt they can go outside whenever they need. At most during the week I could leave the house from 1-3 hours. I will sometimes need to leave the house for 2-6 hours at a time especially on weekends, but can arrange any accommodation that makes your pup comfortable – free, crate, room etc. All dogs are allowed on the couch and my bed, though not all will sleep on the bed at night. I make sure to have a dog bed available for each pup in the house and have crate options too if individual space makes your pup feel more comfortable. The house is set up so that all living is on the first floor, so there are only two stairs into the home and two stairs off of the deck. During the warmer months I have a dog door for free access to the fenced in yard. However, in the winter months I maintain taking the dogs out at regular intervals. All dogs will be fed safely alone so no issues are allowed to develop. All stairs inside are blocked off either by baby gate or doors (for my blind boy). Pack management is key to safety and with lots of experience I know I can navigate it well.

About: I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds - dogs and cats included. I love animals and wish to make a career out of providing pet care. I am pet first aid & CPR certified and I am bonded and insured. I strive to provide nothing but the best care possible! I have trained my service dog all by myself and have trained my other dog myself! I also have experience with training other dogs — I specialize in service dogs and problem behaviors in dogs! I do my best to be very flexible with scheduling. I do have occasional appointments but those can typically be worked around. I would very much appreciate having recurring customers, this also makes it easier to fit new clients into my scheduling. I have a portal system for easy scheduling and invoicing as well! I enjoy being active and I wish to work to become more active. I have a standard poodle who is my service dog. I also have a younger standard poodle that I have trained myself. I do not always bring my service dog with me, it is all dependent on how our dogs interact. Also if you would like for me to teach your dogs I would be happy to talk more!

About: I grew up with multiple large dogs, and I have been taking care of them since I was little. I can groom (no teeth or nails, just brush and bath) and walk, feed and give medication. I can train and take care of puppies, and I have experience taking care of senior dogs. I raised my Saint Bernard from a puppy, and took care of her until her death from cancer in early 2024. Now I have a Newfoundland, and not only do we go on multiple walks a day but we also work on training, and play with toys. I also have experience working with reactive dogs. Idk man. I love dogs. I love taking care of dogs. I can also recommend a really good dog trainer if you need one. I am a field hockey coach and I am also working in an internship, but other than that I am free this summer for morning and day visits. My dog Mortimer is my favorite responsibility, and I know I will love the dogs I get to meet and take care of. Mortimer and I love going for walks and playing with big squeaky toys. He is such a snuggler and enjoys looking out the window of my house or car.

About: I have 3 energetic pups, two came to us as puppies and one was a rescue that required lots of patience to get to be her happy go lucky self. I have helped care for a variety of my families animals for 15+ years. I am very comfortable with animals and love dogs especially! I’d have my own rescue if I could. I am always spending my free time taking my dogs to go on walks or find a place to swim. I can certainly make some free time to add some extra pups in the mix! My dogs are spoiled at home but also have structure. They have a routine of eating once in the morning and once in the evening but their bowls are left down for them all day if they choose to not eat it all at the time it is given. They have access to water all day and yes they are allowed on the furniture. They have lots of toys to play with and there are gates the separate off certain sections of the house if they need to be split for any reason (such as if one needed medication or if company were to come over, etc). They have the command “bed time” or “go to bed” at night and they go to their designated sleep spot. Two sleep in kennels, one with the door open and one with the door closed, and one sleeps on a dog bed. They get lots of outside play time!
