About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a kid, im really considerate of everyone’s time and need of there own time I can help and do anything you may ask even give the pet medicine if that is what is needed I have 4 cats and they are very well trained and loveable. I also help out around the neighborhood in pet sitting so I pretty much know what you will expect of me and I’ll make sure it happens. I give them baths, brush them, feed them, walk them, I’m very calm and time proficient and know what to do in case of emergency
About: I am local foster through a local rescue. My husband and I both have a passion for dogs and will treat your fur babies like they are our own! We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.
“Mikala was amazing and anytime I need an overnight sitter she is the first person I will call on. My Gypsy was so taken care of over the thanksgiving holiday. I received regular pictures and updates with a smiling puppy with her new friends. A special thanks to Mikala and her husband for helping me with our puppy drop off as I was hospitalized a few hours after our meet and greet and wasn’t able to meet personally. That meant so much to me that these sweet people went out of their way to help me. I would absolutely recommend Mikala for any service with Rover. About: Hello! My name is Brooke and I have a precious English Springer Spaniel and had a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a big dog lover and take my dog everywhere she can go with me! We love to hike, go biking, chase squirrels and the next door neighbors dog! I love spending time with animals, period, whether it’s playing with them or just taking them on a much needed walk! I also have house sat/pet sat for various families over the years and am extremely flexible with whatever families need. I have house sat/puppy sat from just a couple nights to several months at a time. Meaning I am with the animals 24/7. I ride and train horses professionally and run a rodeo arena. I live on property and have the perfect set up to care for your furry friends. I have 4 friendly dogs on property, and the set up to crate several dogs if necessary. The arena is set on 30 acres of pasture land. So they can sniff and explore to their hearts content, including running in the fenced arenas, as well as miles of walkable roads surrounding us. We are off a state highway so safety is my biggest priority.
